We've been having a lot of trouble with Domino's in Needham MA recently. Over the past few months we've brought orders home at least 3 times and found that they didn't give us the pizza we ordered. They do their best to fix the problem, but when you take out, you don't want to have to open the box and inspect your pizza every time to make sure it's what you ordered.

Very disappointed pizza at these franchises are always marginal at best. So I figured if I placed an order and went and picked it up myself,well how could I go wrong, right? WRONG!! So I stroll in about 18 minutes after I placed the order, gave them my name and the kid said " here ya go sir,all set". So I grabbed my pie and went home. When I opened the box , this thing looked like it was sitting there overnight and the next day around 6 p.m when I went to get my order, they just threw some pepperoni's and black olive in it and warmed it up in the oven. I couldn't have been more disappointed in the way service has lacked all over the place. But Damn its not as if it waited at home for a delivery guy, I did the in work and still got treated like a J**** Please keep driving by this place. You'd do better going to the supermarket and grabbing a Red Baron

Whoever answered the phone tonight after i stood outside waiting for my delivery for 20 mins, all he did was argue with me about why i didn’t have the app and call the driver….INSTEAD OF FIGURING OUT HOW I WAS GETTING MY FOOD… ya know- A SOLUTION!! If you dont like your job get a new one please ! A good attitude goes a long way and your customer service is terrible.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food. Food arrived cold and the gentleman that we called tonight said there was nothing he could do. VERY POOR SERVICE ?

I got a pizza and cinnamon sticks, however when I opened the cinnamon sticks, they were just bread, no cinnamon or any other seasoning. Even though they spent 15 minutes on the "quality check" on the tracker. The pizza was good but I was so excited for the cinnamon sticks and I was very disappointed.
