I'm a coffee fanatic and the cappuccino they made was great - certainly a notch above Starbucks cappucinos. It has a nice atmosphere, but at lunch time it gets very crowded and you have to squeeze in. Anyway, I think it's a great place.

I just don’t. Get. The. Hype. It’s tiny and cramped inside. Person running register was rude. Food is dry and flavorless. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Bagels Best across the street. Much better option.

I'm tempted to not write a review so I can gatekeep this secret but this is place has the best pastries in MA. The quality is incredible and their ingredients straight from Europe. I'm a pastry addict so I've tried many from many many places and these are TOP TIER. Good coffee, but GREAT pastries. Worth every dime, I don't care about the price when it's this good. Honestly.

The drinks were well done and tasty. However, beyond that, I can't recommend much else. The decor and the atmosphere were deadening. I don't know why anyone would want to spend time here unless they were getting paid or grabbing something to go. Our society is already lacking intermediary spaces where people can converge (see third spaces theory coined by Homi K Babha) and this place isn't doing much to help that. I understand that the space is limited and who can help that? But more could be done to make the shop a warm and welcoming environment for those who are not business types with no life in them anyway. This is one of the only few coffee shops in the area so it's disappointing to see that Starbucks has more character than this small business. Best of luck --- Amended to 3 stars because I think there's hope
