Unparalleled customer service. You won’t find a restaurant where you feel more taken care of (well except their sister restaurants in Waltham and Juniper in Wellesley). I’ve never seen my mom eat so much at a restaurant before. Whatever the wait time is - WAIT - it’s worth it!

Had been going here for years however constantly going downhill as prices increased. Recently had a few meals and food was once spoiled (rotten cheese) and another time gross and prepared wrong with in an inch of olive oil in container.Left a voicemail for manager and never had courtesy of a callback. Reviews appear to go unanswered as well. Rather not have written a review, however, had no option. Plenty of other delicious options in area. Don’t waste your time.

A very nice BYOB Italian restaurant. Competitive prices but big portions. My date's ravioli looked more like red sauce soup to me but she seemed to like it. My mussels app was big enough to be an entree. It was a little salty but when I put the leftovers over some linguine, it was delicious. It's a good place to eat.

We have eaten here many times and always enjoy it. Our most recent experience on Sunday at 5 PM was not up to standard. The worst part was the pasta in the Bolognese was seriously undercooked. My wife was born and raised in Sicily and we are very familiar with pasta al dente - this was much less cooked than that. The service was also slower than usual and it was very noisy. The salmon and chicken dishes were very good as usual as was the calamari.

The Pesto here is the best I’ve had in a while. Fresh, and free at first with break chili flakes and Parmesan. Oo I was sold right away. Pesto was so good, I had to buy one for home.

Sweet Basil is a good restaurant in Needham. It's best to get there early to avoid waiting. At times it can be loud. Always great food!

Not been in a while . The service was excellent. I ordered the shrimp scampi and the pasta was not cooked and very dry. Switched it out for a Marsala dish and it tasted like a Teriyaki sauce but very dry. Not sure what is going on. Use to be excellent.

Inside seating is very loud but a nice atmosphere. Food was so salty, this is the second time I went here and could not eat even a third of the entree because of the saltiness, it was so salty it actually burned my mouth. My date had the same experience, we are currently drinking a lot of water…. I will not be going back since it was not a “one off”.
