Flew in from Groton and for two flatbreads (Nashville & Margherita). Both were excellent! Getting from the ramp to the airport was a breeze, too. Lots of outdoor seating.

Was happily surprised when I visited Airport Grille for the first time. Food was great prices are fair. Sat inside because out side wasn't open yet. Out side is set up real nice with fire pits and chair's. Play ground out side for kids and observation deck on top of building. definitely going back.Kid-friendliness: Playground outside and observation deck on top of building to watch small planes take off.

It was just the right amount of low key on a valentine's day. Joe the bartender was amazing!!! He was running the place smooth. He sat us and served us at our table all while being attentive to his bar and other guests. The food is definitely delicious with big portions. The portion size is what I would say helps with some of the pricing. All around great place. Can't wait for summer and their outside to be open again. One downside is the bathroom. Since it's in the airport you have to leave the restaurant to use it. It was poorly maintained, not their fault but a downfall nonetheless.

Airport Grille is great! My boyfriend and I love flying in for a bite to eat. The food and drinks are always delicious and the service is great. It’s also an awesome spot during warmer weather with the outdoor patio and live music! Definitely recommend coming here!

Last night my husband and I were told that there would be a 30-40 minute wait. And, so we waited. The hostess was a bit disorganized with her list of guests as other staff members were also adding names to the list causing confusion. The bar tender in a round about way hurried her guests to seat her two friends who had just arrived. Meanwhile we were there before them and still waiting. After waiting 40 minutes, the hostess could not determine whether we were next for our table or other guests. Other guests were then seated.Seats became available at the bar and we opted to have dinner there. Before even getting served, 2 couples who had arrived after us were getting their drinks served. Finally, we get served. Appetizer was delicious. The meal was cold and would have been better had we received silverware to eat with our meal. My husband began eating his meal with a steak knife due to no silverware. My husband and I observed a guest head over to the bar to order. Stated that the bar tender on the other side was awful and the wait time was awful. There was a party on the other side of the restaurant.Observed another guest get her card refunded as she was overcharged for food and beverages. It is apparent that they were understaffed or lacked training.I was going to purchase a gift certificate for 100.00 but after the experience opted to not.

Was less than impressed! Had the lay over burger and it was awful. The meat was extremely dark, the bacon was over cooked, the egg was the same. The bread appeared to be fresh. The fries were saturated with oil and over fried. Meal was over priced compared to more popular joints. Poor quality food and slow service made it for a not so good experience. Will not returning anytime soon!

This is my third time at this restaurant although I've heard many great things about this restaurant and I can not see why.Had the fish and chips worst I ever had. Not sure what happened to this restaurant. Long wait 25 minutes for fish and chips to arrive. Very very thin fillers of fish. Almost thought they were serving fresh water fish. No taste and no texture. Sorry for the bad review. It's my first but felt people should not be disappointed like this when your dinning out as one of life's good feeling luxury.

Chicken dish was quite good - fresh ingredients, just the right amount of pesto, great presentation. Baked haddock was pronounced very good by other diner, although he did not like the chowder but stated it was a preference, not a problem. The lost star was the parking, not the food. Super small spots that require the discharging of passengers before pulling in and then having the driver squeeze out between the vehicles. Maybe there were better spots somewhere but we didn't see them.

This took me a month to write because I was waiting to see if the manager would get back to me, but my wife and 3 friends had dinner here and 2 of them ordered the Trio plate. The 2 girls who ordered the plate both got extreme heartburn and started puking about an hour later. The other 2 girls who ordered something else were fine. I went to the restaurant the next day and informed the manager in a discreet way but he was adamant that his seafood comes from Kyler's and is fresh. Nevertheless, he said he would look into it and asked me for my number, saying he'd call me back with his findings. It's now been a month and I haven't heard back. Without a doubt, they both got food poisoning that night.

I really don't like writing poor reviews but I won't sugar coat a food review. It started out poorly. My friend Maria asked the waitress if the mashed potatoes were real. Instead of checking with the chef she said, "I don't know because I don't eat them." I ordered a medley of baked scallops, fish and shrimp. They were tough and stringy. The scallop was the muscle only. Extremely disappointing.

Was not impressed. Pros are ample parking. Friendly host on the day we went. Nice views of the small airport watching planes take off and come in. Another pro was the calamari app as well as the gold rush chicken finger app. Cons... 3 of us ordered burgers, 2 mediums and 1 medium rare.. all burgers we well well done and it toom the server a WHILE to get back to us and ask how our meals were, we were more than 1/2 way through our meals. A friend ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and it was unbelievable heavy, took it home and strained out the grease. Took a while to get refills on water to the point we asked for a pitcher to keep on the table and had to ask for it to be filled. Service was poor. We went at opening, wasnt that busy.

Have been going to the Airport Grill forever, and food has always been outstanding. However the last 2 times we went the food has not been hot when its been served. I witnessed the food sitting on the shelf waiting to be delivered and just cooling off. I had a salmon salad, and except for the temperature of the salmon it was nicely seasoned and nicely cooked. It had cooled off from the time it was cooked and it was just warm at best when served. I didn't complain but ate it anyway. My wife ordered Cacoila Plate with rice and fries. It was never cooked all the way thru and was extremely salty. They gave her a replacement and it was hot on the outside but cold on the inside. Not a very good dish to order at all. The restaurant was busy, but there was plenty of servers. Our waitress was extremely nice and understanding, but just couldn't make the food warm. As I said this was the second time in a row we experienced cold food. We will try it one more time and if cold food is experienced, we will move on. I will say since the restaurant changed hands the quality of the product is just average, but the prices reflect higher quality!

So AG now has a Sunday Brunch 1st Sunday of the month. It was our Daughter in Laws Birthday week so we went. The hours are 10-2..We got there at 9:45 and there was a waiting line in the airport lobby. They opened up at 10 and very smartly started staggering seating the people waiting. Got seated...Bloodys,, Mimosas & Boozy Coffees...lol. The Brunch Buffet was endless and the food was amazing. The staff was on point and really good at what they do... This is a no brainer...Brainerd... just be prepared to wait as the word has gotten out already... Nice job AG !!!!
