I order a grilled chicken ceaser salad and my husband ordered a medium well cheeseburger. The women at the pick up counter appeared to be drinking alcohol. When I opened the salad at home my chicken was raw in the middle. They sliced the chicken and yet somehow didn't notice or care that the chicken wasn't cooked. My husbands burger was medium rare but atleast it was cooked. When I called them to talk to them about it I was yelled at and hung up on. My husband called back and they said we were "disconnected." We eventually got refunded for our meal, but I will never eat there again and really suggest no one orders meat unless they want to be sick because obviously they don't make sure their food is cooked properly.

Not usually compelled to write a review, but I had a great experience that needs recognition. Came for the first time tonight, and regardless of my two bartenders, (Lucille & Devan), having never seen me before, they made me feel like a familiar regular. The food was great, the prices more than fair, and the service was professional, fun and welcoming. Was alone & felt there was a perfect balance between respecting me having my "me time", while also being engaging & hospitable. Thanks for the great experience ladies, I'll be back!

I had never been to Cafe Roma but it was suggested for our weekly dinner outing. Well let's just say we won't be back. The service was terrible. 3 other tables that came in after us got their orders placed before hours. The waitress took our appetizer order but they never came back to take our meal order. It wasn't until she served us a chicken wing appetizer that she took the meal order after we had to ask her. The chicken wings were okay, as was the salad, which should have had cheese on it. My friends split the Italian pupu platter which arrived steaming on the edges and cold and frozen in the middle, clearly just microwaved. I had the chicken parm with spaghetti, which was barely warm but I also could tell that it was a frozen patty that was just covered in a tasteless tomato sauce. Maybe their pizza and subs are good, but the meals we had were terrible.

The prime rib tasted pretty good. The salad was not good and too small. The clam chowder was not flavorful. The restroom setup is not welcoming. I did not feel comfortable there as a non-local.Parking: Lot surrounding business and street spaces, markings poor on streetWheelchair accessibility: Did not appear accessible

Went a few month ago and had a so so meal. Figured we would give it another try. Bad idea. Chicken parm sub was a single frozen chicken tender chopped up and put on a sub roll with sauce and cheese. Basically a bread sandwich. The best way to describe the fries were like something you found under the seat in the car. Rock hard and cold. Sent them back and got more of the same. I'm thinking they cook them all in the morning and dip them in oil for 30 seconds before they go out. Wife's pizza was edible. Service wasn't great. Went with an empty glass for the 2nd half of my meal.

First and last time visiting this “Italian” restaurant. I ordered chicken alfredo, it was just awful!! No flavor, no Parmesan cheese, no garlic!! Nothing!! Tasted like nothing! To top it off they put cut up chicken tenders in it! As much as we tried to eat it, it was horrible!A real Italian restaurant would never serve what I got! Save the money and drive a couple more minutes to get your money worth.
