It says they were open the day we went but they were closed. No sign or anything stating the hours or if open or not. Im not sure they are even open for dining any longer and Google says otherwise. Website stated they were open on Friday but they were definitely not.

Went here for my daughter's baptism, while the cost for the small basement event area we rented was high I expected to get good service with it. Instead we had an awful experience. When we arrived I had brought a cake and favors that needed to be put in the refrigerator asap. Almost 35 minutes late we go to the upstairs bar and they are both still sitting in the main area where they asked me to place it. After reminding them again the cake was finally taken to the back 10 minutes later while the favors were left behind so we had to take those ourselves and just put them out. Then while at the bar for the first time we were ignored, people walking up after us were served first then had a second bartender walk in and also start helping the other group. All three times we went up at least on drink was wrong. Overall after being nickel and dimed the entire booming process the service was awful and we will never be back or recommend this place to anyone we know.

I was super unhappy with the place. I paid $2,000 for the party and they didn't even give me the room I rented out. Also, they gave me and my party cold food which was left overs from the party above us. They also charged an absurd amount for kids meals which they didn't even have and when asked to get a refund for the difference, they said the best they can do is give us to go containers because they would throw the food out at the end of the day.

I was a guest at a function today 5/7/2023 I felt so embarrassed for the hostess and her family for the poor service received by the staff at catali-mar. The owner (female ) comes with about 12 grapes on a plate and makes the remark you just ordered cheese and crackers platter so I figured these were left over from the party upstairs so I decided to make your plate look more festive. That was rude. One GUEST asked if they could change the channel on the tv and someone else that was from the same party heard the young lady telling THE BARTENDER turn it off completely and tell them you can't find the remote. They brought out a bowl of soup for 18 people they sat it that down at one end of the table some guest had to get up and walk with a plate of soup for such a (CLASSY) RESTAURANT NOT ,one guest complained after 20 minutes they went and got a second bowl from another function. The food was good but cold. Beautiful place but with this type of business you need to show kindness,be respectful ,considerate,and have a smile on your face all the time your clientele pays your bills.

Also, steak tips I ordered were tasteless. Definitely not going back.

How can you sell gift cards for Xmas and then people can use them because you are only open for private events! Sounds like a Ponzi scheme! The Better Business Bureau is going to like this one! I wonder how may gift cards have you sold and honored since Xmas?

The Gentleman Running this place( not sure if he was a manager or owner) isn't very pleasant. He was rude and not very accommodating. Won't be coming here again that's for sure.

The whole experience was not good service, food, was poor. There was many menu items not available. From the wine list to the apps to the main course to the dessert. And to top it all off there credit card machine had issues as well. Not worth the money at all.
