The best dunkies around! Service is great! They set the bar high for other locations. No other location has been as good. Food always hot, coffee always correct, workers really seem to work as a team.

The manager for the Duncan apparently was next door at Burger King and I waited for 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee for him to come back because the other people working there said they couldn't take an order on the cash register charge me $4 for a cup of coffee with poor business practice of making customers wait half of the people that were behind me walked away

I’d love to know why they are constantly closed an hour to an hour and a half early when their hours of operation online and in the store state they are supposed to be open!? I mean this has happened on more then one occasion too! They are supposed to be open until 11 or 11:30pm, and then when I get there at 10-10:30pm they just give you an attitude and a rude “we are closed”. Well, if that’s the case maybe the hours should be updated because to be honest it just looks like they are shutting down early when they shouldn’t be instead of doing their jobs, especially when all the lights are on and people are just hanging around inside and outside the building!

Well, i wanted to give them no stars because they’re trash. The whole store just needs to be thrown out!!! the people in it have nothing but attitudes I’m trying to order and he’s like is that’ it that’s it that’s it and then they give me an attitude when I get up to the drive-through window And they’re looking at me like I got 10 heads !!!lthe people working today, September 28 at around 245 and 3 PM. We’re all very rude and disgusting. I will not be going back there and I’m actually going to find out the general managers name and let them know how their employees are doing. Also I didn’t give no tip so they weren’t happy about that ?the people working there are all rude!!! Actually it was the 2 punks that was working drive thru ??♀️
I have been going to this dunkin' donuts for years. I went with a friend this past Wednesday night, and that will be the last time I visit this store. I usually come to this location because they make my favorite drink, the Cocoa Mocha signature latte better than the store closer to my house. That's will all change as of this last visit. I will never stop in the store again. The latte, of course, was fine, but the employees that were on duty showed the worst display of customer service I have ever witnessed.....We ordered my drink and 2 jelly donuts. We received one jelly and one cinnamon apple stuffed thing. My friend politely asked for the correct one and was met with,"Give me the wrong one you were given" When he questioned why? The response was well, and we were not going to give you a free one? He asked to speak to the MOD, and the shift supervisor perked up at this point and very rudely told him to give the donut back. He stated that this country and the world are going through war and tough economic times and wondered if we could give it to someone struggling for food? Neither of us wanted it for ourselves (we both dislike apple pastries). I understand that things are not free, but we are only talking about one donut here, not a whole order of breakfast sandwiches. Americans waste too much food, and this kind of policy (as the employees all said it was)So, as the shift supervisor kept getting louder and louder, the other girls all started in on my friend. He then tried to ask one more question and was told to leave that there were children there and he had to leave. Not once did he raise his voice. The on duty staff was being loud and ganging up on one customer. My friend and I just left him feeling disgraced and me very angry. To top it off, another male customer chased my friend out, stating, "Get out of here and leave my girls alone." So are there now bouncers at Dunkin Donuts. Never ever have I seen such a rude and actually menacing display as a customer over one donut. Absolutely disgraceful, and we will not be back. Customers beware.
