Drive thru, Customer service is an issue when you simply ask for a large black coffee 6 sugars. Next question, hot or cold? Hot, please. How you catch an attitude when I give nothing but respect. You notice a black accent, and I say ma'am. WoW. No, thank you, or have a nice day. Thank you for coming to Dunkin. Nothing!Our young people are lost. Can someone teach the window how to double check an order? Ordered Med hot black and I received a med hot 3 shots vanilla 3 creams 3 sugars…. It’s just coffee… someone else is making it… your job is to grab the right coffee cup.. please just double check before you hand it out… I’m in line and trying to rush off to work.. I assume you are handing me the correct order… ugh!
They don’t shake coffees or stir them. They don’t put correct syrups in coffee. They charge me a turbo shot that I never get. They charge me extra .20 cents because I ask for extra of a swirl because you guys can’t push down the pump all the way.

Good coffee at this place. I have noticed that every Dunkin IS different. But the new special omelets are terrible!! Don't buy it they taste like egg beaters. Gross and overcooked. Very dry and has a weird texture and consistency when it is eaten.
