I go through the drive thru multiple times a week in the very early morning (around 430 am). The girl who works that shift is rude and extremely unpleasant. She doesn't say hello or give u the total of your order. She mumbles when she does talk. If u tell her to have a nice day, she blankly stares at you, confused. I'd get better service from a pack of elephants honestly

The staff at this location are phenomenal. They're friendly, quick, and actually get to know their patrons and their orders. Even if you're a drive-thru girl like me.they take extra steps like wiping my ice coffee cup with a napkin to ensure there is no spillage to get on you or your car. I get the same coffee every time, and the taste is consistent. I will continue to go here!

We Door Dashed our iced lattes and iced cappuccino and they left almost half the cup empty! What did they forget to overfill it with ice? How did they not see this?!?! I’ll be sure to let everyone know what kind of service you get from there

I'm very disappointed had to pay for two Lyft rides because it took 10-13 minutes to get an ice coffee service was extremely slow. One girl was too busy standing around talking. Please email me I would like to speak with a manager about this.
Idk if there’s new people or what.. but it’s gone down hill. I ordered a hot coffee and they gave me old cold coffee. I went in and nicely asked for it to be remade because it’s cold and the other girl starts talking about how she wishes people would go away because it’s too busy to get things done. So you’re mad that I came in to get my HOT COFFEE made hot????? You work at a gas station Dunkin that only serves drinks and donuts.? you don’t even have to make food, your job is not hard. Get it together. Mind you, the remake was even nastier and the SAME TEMP as the first coffee.

The new app is horrible tried to order a cold brew using the app. THE ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH AND IT ROBBED MY POINTS VERY DISCOURAGED AND IM GOING TO FIND A NEW COFFEE PLACE. IBUY 4 ICE COLD BREWS DAILY. NOT NO MORE.
