I wasn't going to leave a review but I get a coffee cake muffin just about every day and I've noticed the quality has been declining and today I got the worst muffin ever I took one bite and spit it out idk if they changed the mix or what,this muffin was small and hard .it's a shame bc they are my favorite breakfast

Really bad service I'm trying to get hot chocolate today he said you don't have it how they can have a hot chocolate and after I have to get that a decaf coffee the person inside start yelling me so I'll start yelling back too I'm sorry but it's bad service I have to get out there

Stopped in for a little afternoon pick me up and was greeted by the most inviting and friendly smile of Alex, who explained to me that she’d just started working as a Barista. From greeting to eating this was one of the best coffee and donut breaks I’ve had since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak of 2020.This store is a great reminder that smiles start with “Dunkin” 10/10 will be back again.Parking: At least 20 parking spots available for dine in customersWheelchair accessibility: Entire restaurant is wheelchair accessible

If i could give 0 stars i would i went in and i stood there for 10 minutes waiting for service 3 different workers walked by and did NOT serve us each time this dunkin is horrible would not suggest you go

This Dunkin is always busy so I order ahead. Every time I order ahead, my order is never ready. Staff is always arguing or chit chatting. My coffee is never made correctly and tastes like hot garbage.I order a cold brew, and it tastes like they just dumped a bunch if old coffee into one container. Trash!I will drive further away from my house to a better one. Waste of money going to that one.

My dad waited a few minutes for and he asked for his croissants and then she proceeded to yell at him. "I'm over there why don't you ask the kitchen yourself"Like? Then the kitchen staff got aggravated With my dad because he wanted it toasted.So unprofessional

I ordered thru Grubhub my order was missing an item Angel the manager was very friendly and helpful and more than willing to make it right and made it a point to do it himself to ensure that i received everything Definitely one of my favorite dunkin locations to visit
Always messing up orders/forgetting to put things in the bag of the order, never pay attention to their pumps when it comes to flavors and when you order from online pick up, they don’t make it until you actually get there. Been living in the area for 4 months now and needless to say, by far the worse Dunkin I have ever gone to. Use to be a former employee at a different store and not once have I ever had to write a review on a place before until now. Only ordered three things and managed to forget the most expensive thing in the order every time. Conversations with the employee seem to be a main property in there on top of constantly being on their cell phones. Not to forget the amount of eye rolls and look over you get while everyone proceeded to do what they’re doing but can’t manage to use their customer service skills to ask “may I help you with something” or “is everything okay with your order “ when you have to go back in because you’re missing items. Incompetence, rude, ignorant and laziness I have gotten from this store.

Inside the store is always decorated and the cooler that holds all their extra drinks (juice,milk,energy drinks) are always fully stocked. Clean clean clean inside and bathroom ? even though one was closed and I had to use the men's room !!!!!! ?
