I am a very good customer to this location two-three times a week, I when to the Acushnet Ave location on 1/16/24 around 5:45-6:00 pm as I pulled into the wet parking lot one of the delivery drivers and his passenger were in the middle of the parking lot doing donuts with his car at a high rate of speed I literally had to stop 1/2 way into Acushnet Ave oncoming traffic and wait until he stop to avoid being hit as I pulled into the lot at that point he almost hit the building next door then pulled up fast to the side of G&S Pizza and him and his buddy ran into the store one thru the front the other around the back of the building to avoid from being seem the car look like a gray or charcoal or a blueish color sedan or coupe style car for all your customers and business safety these employees should be removed from there duties as they are put your business and customers at a very high risk of serious injuries. I have noticed Everytime I go to this location the delivery driver are very careless driving in and out of the lot. I hope some action is taken before a serious issue happens. So for your safety be very careful when pulling into G&S Pizza the delivery drivers are extremely careless and reckless.I own a business and for the safety of my customer and other employees action on this issue would be priority. This is extremely unsafe for all. There's a place for actions like this and it's not in the middle of the public parking lot during business hours.When it comes to the safety of the customer, employee's, and your business any reviews related to the business inside or outside is appropriate. And delivery drivers are part of your services not just food and counter service. If you have cams outside your business I am sure you will see the issue at hand.

During the snow storm this past weekend, I had a houseful of family visiting from out of state. One person has a lot of dietary restrictions, making a complicated pizza order! I came to pick it up so they wouldn't need to send a driver out in the snow. I got home and realized that there was cheese on the complicated pizza I had ordered. If he wasn't allergic to dairy, I would have let it go. I called and explained the situation and they offered to not only remake the pizza, but also deliver it so I wouldn't have to leave the party. I tried to offer a generous tip for the inconvenience, and he told me to keep it. That it was their fault, and that I was already paid up. I was so thankful that they went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and could enjoy the food together! Such a great group of people! THANK YOU!!!!!

I've been told by several people that you are terrible with customer service especially would not even take a gift Certificate regardless of the previous owners if it's still the same name and the same concept you honor that's difficult no matter whow dare you to treat customers that way

Fast friendly service gets 5 stars Buffalo chicken wrap, amazing 5 stars 2 stars for Kids meal Mac &Cheese bites and fries. Only 3 mac and cheese bites and a bunch of fries. To go ordering was packaged nice and in and out with a walk-in order in less than 10 minutes. Will give them another shot

The buffalo chicken calzone was really big but mostly all bread ..very little inside of it It was so flavorless.. The worst I have ever eaten. I threw most of it away.. The pepperoni pizza was so salty and just wasn't good ... I used to love this place ?
Always greeted with a happy face and extremely accommodating to any special requests.Dietary restrictions: Glad to accommodate.Parking: Never a problem, and easy access to handicap ramp.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly and accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: Very good design, not a hard incline to me maneuver

I have given G & S pizza so many chances on getting my steak kabob salad right…but I’m done. Today’s salad had chunks of yellow lettuce, 1 piece of cucumber, 2 grape tomatoes and hardly any steak (significantly less than what they used to give).In the past, they get the order right and when I bring it back, I was given a hard time about it.The quality has gone downhill and I won’t be ordering from them anymore
