The food was not correct. Ordered all dark meat and got a mix box. 5 days later, I still have white meat. Meat was extra salty for some reason. Oh, boy.. no sides and still spent 38 dollars for chicken. Biscuits were the best of all. I can cook better than this. Kentucky has fallen below standards for me. We can do better.

I placed an order on the app only to realize that it was the wrong store. I tried canceling through the app immediately, but was unable to. I called the customer support line and was told to call the store and cancel the order. The store wouldn’t answer my phone calls. All this while I’m sitting in the parking lot of the correct kfc. During a nor’easter snow storm, where I couldn’t drive across town to this location. KFC kept my money and will not give me a refund, even though their app wouldn’t cancel the order immediately and their store wouldn’t answer the phone. DO NOT USE THEIR APP.

We were out of town and made this pit stop. The place was rather empty, it seemed clean to me but the food was extremely salty. Only 1 of the six of us actually ate. It was a six person order and they didnt give us one of the orders but I didn't notice til we were back on the highway.

Worst KFC I have ever been! Everything I tried except for the sandwich, including fries, wings, nuggets, and tenders, was totally bland. The food quality is subpar; even a chicken lover like me hates the chicken here. Poor chickens!
