Employees are too busy having conversations with each other.... Had to stand there and we for someone to acknowledge me to take an order for 5 minutes.. employee use the same gloves as she touched the stove and the letters and raw meat. I had to ask her to change her gloves...

This place makes good food if you can walk up and wait 20 minutes for your food to be made. If not they don't answer the phone . They usually mess up your toppings too . They are a deli , they have the meat but just cant put it in a sandwich what a failure lol .

I went there and asked for a turkey and provolone panini. I specifically said I wanted the cheese melted and the turkey hot. They never press on the panini press, and suposedly I had to ask for them to "toast" the sandwich before they could put it in the panini press... WHAT?!! That is incompetence at it's worst! Never in my life had I heard that you need to toast a sandwich before putting it in a panini press!! Needless to say the sandwich was cold. all of it, because they don't even press hard on the press. Then, when I told them the sandwich was cold, she gave me the excuses above and when I left she said I had an "attitude"! Never going to those incompetent people again.

The sandwiches here are great. Quality meat and cheese stuffed in fresh bread. I've had the Mac Attack, BLT, and Italian. All were excellent. These sandwiches put Subway to shame and they're about the same price. Can't wait to try the other specialty sandwiches. I'm hooked.
