My wife and I stopped by today for lunch. We didn't get greeted upon coming in and then someone finally came over and said right this way. The waitress an older women seated us and walked away to attend to the patrons that were already seated prior to us. After several minutes another waitress or server which was a younger girl came over and asked if we wanted drinks before our waitress came to take our order. She brought us our drinks and said the waitress will be right with you. Several minutes past and we couldn't help but notice that our waitress was attending more to the regulars and elderly that were there, and literally made us feel like we weren't valuable. She was even greeting others that came in that were clearly regulars but we didn't get that same welcoming experience. She eventually attended to us but it wasn't a feeling like we were welcomed. It felt we were stereotyped and that's enough for us to not want to return. Food is delicious, and prices are excellent. Just not welcoming if your not elderly or a regular.

I haven't sat down to eat so can't speak on that but the price point for food here is seriously unbeatable, a full pizza and garlic bread for like $10 is insane. And its actually some of the better thin crust pizza locally. Have recommended for years, still recommend.
This place is in walking distance from my house .. so I have been here a lot ! First of all some of these reviews are wild . It's clean , great service .. they are busy !! That's good I like getting my food and leaving . I have eaten in for the most part now I just get my food and eat at home . The salads and antipasto salad are very good . The pizza is very this I wish it was thicker honestly , zero crust !! Zero . Thin thin , good toppings a decent sauce it's pasty for sure , wish they thinned it out a bit it would be perfect . But it is pasty . It's saved with the cheese , very good cheese and toppings get toppings ! The lasagna is good same thing with the sauce. Frozen meatballs and sausage but decent . Listen I'm Sicilian 100% it's not hard to make meatballs .. I understand sausage but meatballs you can make same day . But ok moving on . The manicotti good feeling cheese inside the filling it's nice . Same thing with the sauce this is why they get a four . If they fixed the sauce I would eat there way more ... If they fixed the sauce this place would be off the chart amazing and that pizza . Just a little thicker ..I've seen them using a damn rolling pin on the dough it made me almost pass out I wanted to go show him how to do it . Let the dough breathe..it rises for a reason and you take a stinking rolling pin to a pizza .. I was crying inside . Fix these two things please it would change the game .Kid-friendliness: They make little kids meals that are perfect .. same thing with the sauce but it's good .

On 1/23/24 I ordered a large meatball sub (not very large but...) I've had their meatballs and they've always been delicious. I was visiting my Dad at the hospital and about 2 bites in...I got a piece of glass in my mouth. I immediately called and the same day brought the majority of the sandwich and the piece of glass back to the manager on duty, who greeted me with a 10.00 gift card and an antipasto salad I threw out. 10.00? Just an insult.
The food here is always ready quickly and totally perfect. I ordered catering for my job and then a month later my boss needed the receipt and Maddie went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get it, which really saved me a lot of trouble. Highly recommend this place for any events or meetings, they never miss!

Only thing I've had at this location has been pizza. My parents really like this place so I've had it 4-5x on various occasions when visiting. It's pretty good but a bit thin. I would compare it to a ma raffas style thin crust. I will have to go in sometime and try other stuff but that being said if my parents have been going there for 20+ years then it must be good.

1/14 arrived with my wife and 2 year old that was sleeping! We got sat in the back and waiting for anyone to come take our order for 10 min and finally came over! Then gave our drink and app order! While we waited the table that got seat next to use got there drinks and we still waited! Poor service and the food was alway great ! Definitely won’t come back to this service
