This place is awful. Took them 2hrs to deliver our order so it was old by the time it made it to us.. we got a bacon cheeseburger sub- undercooked bacon, missing lettuce, hard over cooked burger. Over cooked onion rings & the cheesy garlic bread is a soggy hot dog bun with cheese in it.... AWFUL. Every thing was disgusting. We order out a lot & I've never seen anything like it!!!! I would not suggest ordering from this place at night.Edit: the wait time would've been fine if the food was edible. We're hungry at work; we'd just be happy to get food this late! You don't want customers that want edible food? LMAO. We can't call you to make us new food if you're closed. You were closed by the time we got our food. We did try the chat now before posting anything but no one answered so funny how we got a response on here 1st. I've worked in restaurants, I understand how fast pace it is. I also understand the importance of cooking food properly & not letting it sit too long. Inedible food should never be sent out, ever. Even working in fast food I would never send out old over cooked food. If you had told us you needed to remake it because it sat too long, we would've waited. Now we're HANGRY?♀️

The people are friendly enough. A little bit of wait for the food. The meat taste freezer burnt. Could have just got him on a bad day. The dining-room was updated. This was good to see and they open late .which is a plus which is a plus. I'm not sure why the guy asked me for a tip for a pickup order?

I had high hopes after having a bad experience with this place, the salad I ordered was wrong. The sauce smelt and tasted expired. The sub I ordered was wrong as well BUT at least they got the extra cheese part right! It’s a typical late night/early am food place. It’s the only thing open. The guy who took my order was polite Would I order again? Probably, Probably not depends on the day and if I’m absolutely starving.

This place is gross & over priced trash.I thought that it wouldn’t be that bad because my & my friends were just getting back from bar hopping… Wow I was WRONG… I got into an argument with the owner because we paid a lot a $$$ and none of it was edible the chicken was freezer burnt & the subs were steak’ems. Now called "Genoa", this place is not what it used to be when it was Sarducci's. The pizza at Sarducci's was okay, but now it is terrible, and the service very slow. For the money anywhere else would be better.

The place has improved since the son took the business over The food has gotten much better and it's much easier to order food The man and his employees are doing a good job seem to be making an effort on improving the restraunt

I just want to put my point of view out there it is no longer sarducci's it's Genoa's Pizza today was my first time ordering I see a lot of bad reviews and as far as I'm concerned for a place that's open at night in New Bedford it was really good food I only got a cheese pizza and a BLT but I'll tell you it was delicious please stop mistaken this place for sarducci's I don't know the owner I don't know anybody that's there but I will tell you give this place a try
