Let me start off by saying I'm sooo disappointed in this place tbh, I went 2 months ago & this guy was making me a steak & cheese sub and when he grabbed the steak there was a bunch of hair in the steak & when I told him he just said "so do you want me to make you another steak & cheese) I got soo mad I told him he needs to throw it out & he real life said "it was only in the top, sorry" I'm never going back!

I understand about the coronavirus I visited this place a few times usually customer service is great however the last visit I made the guy behind the counter was complaining the entire time about the next shift that was going to come in and they were completely out of bread and tuna the only bread they had available was wheat bread and it seems like the night shift did not do their job.

I've ordered from this subway before and they're always perfect but this one time i do have some complaints. Ordered a few sandwiches from subway, one being a hot sub. Had a couple of requests on the hot sub since on doordash they didnt have any options of writing a note. Called the store the girl who picked up was very rude, interrupting me in the middle of my sentence saying "okay yeah got it" and hanging up before i could even say i just wanted light on the sauce. I also wanted the sub double heated. When it got here about 7 mins later the sub was cold it like it had never been toasted even once and mind you this is a 91 degree day theres no way the sub could have gotten so cold in the 5 mins it takes to get to my house from the location. No biggie i popped it in my oven. But i did want to call and speak to someone just because i was hung up on when i was just wanting a couple tweaks to the sandwich. Called for about an hour with nobody answering. I understand with covid everything going on i just thought the customer service was disappointing

The server was a red-haired girl who single handedly managed me and my daughter's lengthy orders with badass skill. Courteous, quick service, and do great food. Make sure you get that one girl, she rocks!
