I was scared to come into this chipotle location as of my last incident but I enjoy the food and gave them a second chance. Unfortunately, I say this review with the ultmost respect, the place was filthy. Every dinning spot was spattered with food. And they were very low on utensils. They had one girl working the line and she was also cash registering. The line was long and there was no urgency from her coworkers to help her. She looked mundane and down. I feel bad for her but she was generous with her scoops which is rare of chipotle. I hope she's getting paid more than 15 dollars an hour. She deserves a raise. If anyone wants to seriously know why they should eat at this specific location/ or why anyone does, it's not because of the ambience atmosphere, clean dinning, or friendly staff; it's solely the food that chipotle is known for.

Everybody in there seems miserable, like they can't stand dealing with customers or working there. The people who make the togo and online orders use to be friendly and nice to deal with. Now the people they have working there are not wanting to please the customer, don't even acknowledge your presence when you show up and it makes you not wanting to go back. Chipotle main office needs to be informed about this place. The other ones seem to be run much more efficiently. Sad!!!

I don’t post reviews… so u know this is bad. Chipotle itself is really good it’s just this location, the workers don’t care at all there will be roughy 5 of them chatting in the back, not even out of sight while they leave 1 person to deal with everything else. It’s really dirty most of the time. Again, Chipotle itself is amazing but this place needs corporate and it needs it now because these people do not care at all!!

After entering the building and viewing the food to be served I knew I should not order. We left. Food appeared to be old and dried out, not appetizing at all.
Amazing food with staff that are so hard working and care for the customers. Everyone I saw working there was killing it. Sadly the customers that eat in restaurant leave their mess which makes it so much harder for the workers. Will return!

I should have read reviews would have never gone in. This chipotle was so dirty not a clean place to sit and eat. As we ordered one person waiting on us one person checking us out one person cooking and 4 people just standing around chatting to each other and one on there phone when they for sure could be cleaning something. I own a food business and was discussed by the atmosphere.I will not be back.

I have never written a google review but this was by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. There was only one other person in front of me in line and it took 10 minutes to order. The restaurant was slow yet somehow they were out of white rice, every meat except one, no veggies, no guac. There was something burning on the stove with no one tending to it. The line looked dirty and like the food had been sitting a long time. It was gross and I will not be returning.

Slow, rude, lazy staff. Orders are never ready on time and never correct. Staff have an attitude problem and generally miserable. Good quality is awful. Portion sizes are awful. Disgusting overall. Do us all a favor and just shut down. Obvisously management doesn’t care.
