This is my favorite place to get a fast, healthy, delicious meal in Newburyport. The staff are super friendly, the food is always fresh, and if they are out of an item you want, they go out of their way to make up for it in some way. It's my go-to lunch spot in town.

If I could only have one meal for the rest of my life it would be a Lolo Poke bowl- and considering I come here multiple times a week it's pretty close to being my reality. Everything is just SO GOOD! The ahí tuna is fresh, the toppings are delicious, and the sauces are chef's heckin kiss. The sushi donuts are immaculate and if you are ever lucky enough to try a sushi cake... life changing. Bonus? The staff are super friendly. I love it here

4 out of 5 stars. I love poke bowls from this place, but the quality has gone down a bit, maybe because of COVID? Not too sure. I had the chicken and it was VERY hard, the flavor was still there though but the texture was almost inedible. Also the spicy Mayo isn’t SPICY anymore like it used to be which made me sad. I’ve had poke bowls in Honolulu, and Lolo poke offers more options for toppings and sauces than the few places I went to out in Hawaii which was a major plus. Again, this place is great!! I love them and I make sure to visit every time I’m in port, just a few changes I’ve noticed recently.

Let me start by saying the service and staff were very friendly. The place is small, cute but had a real dingy/dirty feeling to it. We ordered three bowls, all which barely had any rice. They were out of some toppings. The thing that bothered me most was the tuna. The tuna tasted and felt like it had just come out of the freezer and then was butchered with a butter knife. The jalapeño was cut all strange, the edamame wasn't green but like a olive green color, it looked not right. The pineapple clearly came out of a can. My bowl was just tasteless. Customers came in and went to order a bowl and were told they'd have to wait on more rice being cooked, that's the main ingredient no wonder our expensive bowls were so small.

Best Poke bowl that I've ever had! Fresh local Suchi and all organic. $11.99 filled me up! Delicious!!! Always the little whole in the wall places that are the best kept secrets!

I was so excited to find a Poke Bowl restaurant in Newburyport, since it is my new obsession, but everybody knows "cleanliness" is the first rule of a good restaurant. I walked in with my sister and we both looked at each other and said, "we can't eat here". It is one of the dirtiest take-outs I have ever seen. I'm sorry to be so harsh but it really is bad. The floors were filthy. The entire place needs a good scrubbing and overhaul. Found a second one in town that was far superior.

I used to love this place and would come at least once a week, but it has been going downhill lately. I used to NEVER get bowls that had that fishy taste to it. Two times in a row now the fish has tasted fishy and not fresh. The seaweed salad did not taste fresh today either. Huge disappointment and made it so that I couldn't even finish the bowl. For $15 a bowl this shouldn't ever happen.The quality of service has also become an issue. The people who work there literally get something wrong with our order EVERY time. Ordered two bowls today both with avocado...neither came with avocado, which is an extra charge. This is like the 4th or 5th time in a row something like this has happened, so I felt compelled to leave a review. Called for a refund for the avocado and was told they would need to ask their boss?The food used to be consistently great, but isn't anymore...and the quality of service is wildly inconsistent.
