After many attempt throughout the years I can't see myself going back to mission oak. Went on Saturday night hoping to enjoy a fantastic meal. I just asked my old lady to marry me so we were going to celebrate. But unfortunately the service was so slow. 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. We started with the meatballs which were actually really good. I'd guess I'd recommended those but that's it. The steaks were both cooked wrong and the mashed potatoes on my fiancés dish were ice cold. The server took food back and remedied the situation. The manager never came by to check on us or nothing. I understand things happen but for a $300 bill I'd would expect everything to be perfect. Like I said this wasn't the first bad experience here. Unfortunately won't return which is a same because the place is awesome inside.

This special place is consistently fantastic. From the ambiance in a converted church, to the inventive menu that takes coastal cuisine to the next level. The bar staff is so welcoming and wonderful, Sara is the absolute best. To meet her once is to know her forever. She knows our drink and our dietary preferences (and she's just so fun!) They reserved a spot for us at the bar the day my fiancé & I got engaged, and Sara made us feel like royalty. It was so memorable ... but any night at Mission Oak Grill is that way. You must go!!

Food was fantastic. Way better than expected. Friendly atmosphere with great waiters/waitresses. The fried rice and salmon was amazing. Will be coming back!

My husband David and I come here for date night on Thursday nights and love sitting at the bar. The food is phenomenal and the service is personal and professional. Sara is the best bartender ever! We love her!

This was our second trip to Mission Oak Grill. Our first visit was exceptional, so we went back last evening for my birthday. The bar area was busy, but the dining room was not. Still it took at least fifteen minutes to order and another fifteen minutes to get a bottle of wine. My salad came with the wine. The food, baked haddock and chicken Parmesan was good. It was quiet in our little corner of the restaurant. Apparently drinks and a special menu are half off before six pm. We were unaware of this or we would have waited until later to go. The restaurant seems to do a large take out business.... Perhaps a good thought!

A bit of a wait to get seated but worth it. Never had a bad meal here. Food & drinks are outstanding. Great service too. My only slight knock was on the muscles they were well cooked but over a sauce instead of in the sauce, being cooked in sauce, or even tossed in the sauce. At first we thought the muscles were bad but then in using the sauce found they were good. I can't afford to come here often but if I could I would.Vegetarian options: Small selection but enough that you'll find something you like.Dietary restrictions: Had gluten free optionsParking: No direct parking near restaurant will have b to walk short distance from paid parking lot or paid parking garage.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not 100% certain but might not be wheelchair accessible It has a step entrance but I didn't check for if it had a separate entrance for wheelchairs.

We went in on Friday evening about 5:00ish. We sat at the bar, where we were greeted by a very nice bartender n as he'd Sara. They have a nice little half price menu until 6:00, so took advantage and ordered the Korean ribs, which were delicious. Our drinks were excellent, as was the filet mingon we shared. Definitely will return.

It was supposed to be a birthday dinner for a family member but now I feel guilty for even suggesting this place. It was 4 of us and we were seated at 7:15pm. Overall the place was nicely decorated however we were absolutely FREEZING COLD. The bathrooms and lobby when you walk in were clearly not heated and it all came into the dining area so we wore our winter coats at the table. The waiter was brand new and it was very obvious. His hands were literally shaking because was so nervous. He forgot a number of items we ordered. He kept telling us how slammed they were yet he only had 3 tables and I saw about 15 empty tables in the dining area. It took 30 minutes to get our drink orders in, another 25 minutes to get said drinks. We ordered appetizers and the French onion soup had been sitting waiting to be served for so long that the cheese was a brick and required a knife to cut it. I ordered this Brazilian steak dinner that was steak tips floating in some sort of marinade to the point where it was gross along with a pinch of shredded carrots, 2 tiny potatoe sticks and 3 tiny plaintains. It was not worth the price they were charging. We never got to try the lobster Rangoon we ordered. It took 3 very long hours to get drinks, appetizers, dinner and split a dessert. The waiter was nice but because he was so nervous he was not hearing what we were ordering. I don't necessarily blame waiter. I blame the manager who was well aware of the situation and chose not to assist or guide him in any way. I dont think ill be coming back here, especially not with family because this was embarrassing.

Sad to see a place that I have enjoyed in the past go down hill. The food was very good,, but the service was atrocious! The server would have made a terrible bus person let alone a server. Starting with screwing up the drinks and then serving our entrees while we were still eating our appetizers. I will not be back.

I recently discovered this place after many years of wanting to try it. It tends to get a bit loud but I don't mind that at all. Food is great and the service is mostly good. I have only dined at the bar each time I've been there and most of the bartenders are great. There is one bartender that can be a bit awkward at times so I am not sure what more to say about that.

It's located in a renovated church, my fiance and I shared an aged Ribeye on special and it was amazing. The server was friendly and attentive and the inside was nice. Will definitely be going back soon!

We had an early New Year's dinner and the specials were extraordinary! The food was outstanding, our waitress was outstanding, however the receptionist Maureen made our night!!! We needed to make changes to the number in our party a few times due to a COVID exposure and Maureen worked with us every step of the way on a very busy night. We are so grateful!!
