It’s a cute little place for breakfast or lunch but the pancakes weren’t anything to rave about. The kicker is I had a cup of tea and asked for another cup and I was told it would be about 3.10 for another tea bag!!! They don’t have bottomless coffee or tea and their cups are small. If I didn’t want to pay another 3.10 I could reuse my tea bag.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. We were all able to order just what we wanted (Fenway omelet, burger, Riverside salad) and sat and talked for quite a long time. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in this bright and cheery renovated boiler house. Save time for a walk along the river. Plenty of free parking available!

Look at that plate. Perfectly poached eggs over literally my new favorite homemade corned beef hash with a side of baked beans. So yeah, the food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and quick to serve. Very cozy atmosphere with views of the Merrimack River. So, yeah, this spot is the place to go. I'll be coming back for lunch/dinner.Parking: Shares parking lot and accessibility with a medical building. Great place. Great staff. Fantastic food. Very reasonable prices. A bit too quiet however. This place could really use some music. It is sooo quiet in there you feel you need to whisper to carry on a conversation. This place really needs some background music to take that uncomfortable edge off. Food, service and location get 5 stars. Atmosphere, only 2 that could be changed to a 5 with a little jazz or yacht rock in the background.

Excellent breakfast. Great friendly service. Hidden gem. We had eggs and bagels. They grilled my bagel so it was crispy on the inside and soft on the outside. Great food. Very fresh. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were pleasantly greeted by Angie who was attentive and sweet. We ordered the corned beef hash Benedict. The hollandaise was light and airy and the corned beef was crisp and well seasoned. Leaving us to believe they were homemade. It’s been a long time since we’ve been this happy with our server. Angie clearly takes pride in her job wonderful customer service with a beautiful smile.

Ordered pickup this morning. Prices were 25% higher than shown on their online menu. They gave my son white toast instead of wheat, I asked for bacon in my omelette as a substitute for the ham, and they still put ham in my omelette, and the home fries were mushy and flavorless. It also seemed ridiculous that it was $1.25 upcharge for an English muffin, which was hard yet soggy. Worst of all they use super processed American cheese, the kind that doesn’t melt when you heat it. The place was cramped walking in the door and the staff wasn’t exactly welcoming. I don’t think we will return.

I've never given a bad review before, but unfortunately I got food poisoning after having scrambled eggs here. My husband's dish was okay. I don't know why the place has good reviews; we found it rather dingy and dirty. The menu is limited and bland. Hopefully it's changed since our visit!

A 10 for service and food! Dog friendly breakfast places are hard to find and the food being cheftastic makes this a place to go to over and over again (in fact, we are) Three umbrella-covered tables are outside and they brought our dog a water dish with a bit of ice because it was warm outside. I had the Crab Cake Benedict with buttery home fries and will probably do so again. Easy access and plenty of parking.

The atmosphere is more a lazy day style. Waited way too long for our food as other patrons after us were served before us. An hour later we received our 4 meals of 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich, and an order of pancakes. Food was definitely not worth the wait.

The food was ok. The service was terrible. No one greated us when we walked in. I found someone to ask if we seat ourselves to which they replied yes. Didn’t offer coloring for my child. My daughter split her entire water and we went up to the counter to ask for a towel/cloth and explained what happened. We were handed a pre-used wet tiny rag that my husband had to ring outside of the restaurant to come in and then reuse to finish up the mess. Three servers watched as we we did this and no one offered a bigger towel. The food was fine. Normal diner food premade hollandaise, pre cut small slices of round ham. The fruit was fresh and good.$77 including tip for three adults and a child. Will not be back.

We love coming here. The food is always delicious. The staff is amazingly beyond friendly. They're exceptionally good with our children and I highly recommend.
