Sadly does not have changing table in either bathroom, but the hot chocolate is to die for and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich is not too shabby All in all a pretty good place to sit and do some work very quietWheelchair accessibility: Not the best on wheelchair accessibility need to ask employee to get ramp if you need to get up Into the shop
My husband and I went there for lunch over the weekend: while I liked the relaxed vibe, the food was not that great (maybe because it was crowded?). I will not go back for a meal, but I will go back for a cup of coffee!

You know a coffee shop is great when they’re absolutely packed mid-morning on a Monday! I’ve visited the Coffee Factory a few times now and ordered an array of hot and iced coffees as well as some small food items. The baristas are always quick and friendly and the coffee has always been delicious.
