if you haven't been to this Wendy's in a while give it another shot. the wait in the drive-thru can be a little long but that's just because they seem to make everything fresh now, no heat lamp burgers that have been sitting out. after swearing off Wendy's for a few years it is now back in my good gracesWheelchair accessibility: Wendy's is wheelchair accessible

Not open till 1am. Not even open till 12am. Pretty sure they close at 11pm not sure. The hours online say 1am. I arrived at 11:30pm and an automated voice came over the speaker at the drive thru saying they were closed.

The worker already refused to tell me her name however the old lady who works at this Wendy’s who apparently son also works there refused our service/shut window on our face while being polite telling her that she got our order wrong and we would pay the extra cost. Honestly, when we were ordering at the drive thru she was already acting like she was going through horrible menopause. When we asked her to correct the bill and order she yelled at us for “saying something different” and as we just kept asking to resolve it. Her son ended up coming over to see what the issue was and he was telling her to calm down and repeatedly said sorry to us and that he didn’t know what her problem was. It is honestly disgusting that this ladies job is to interact with customers because I have never experienced such disrespect over a small burger that wasn’t finished being made yet. Extremely disappointed, ended up driving to the Wendy’s in Seabrook and received excellent service!
