I went there in the afternoon and ordered carmel ribbon crunch. waited 13 minutes to get it. This is not a reasonable time for a beverage.There were not many people there, but there was only one employee.

When you run into a barista doesn't know how to make a cold brew and complain it's under staffed. The coffee comes out taste more like WATER than coffee. Plus it also got my order wrong. The worst cup of cold brew ever.

the staff here is quite rude and inconsiderate of dietary restrictions!! trust me i would want normal milk if i could but i rather not explain what that does to a lactose intolerant person. also i do NOT need to explain my lactose intolerance to ANYone, so it is rude of the lady to ask be if lactose intolerance is in my head.

Recently ordered a Frappuccino but could not help notice the tablespoons of soy that were dumped into it. Literally a container that said soy on it was being spooned into my drink. Do you know the effects this can have on a 22-year-old man. Disgusting. Never going here again.

Hands down the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. This team is attentive and knows your order and places it even before you reach the register. Russell in particular is outstanding! Corporate should have an eye on him. A true star and someone who should be operating at a higher level in the company. He even remembers my young sons “ice water” order he places every Sunday. Never had to wait more than 30 seconds for my order. Will of course be back!
I’ve been to many Starbucks. Never had an issue. For some reason, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this one, there is an issue with my order. This place is a joke. I really hope you rectify this!

I just picked up a coffee not even five minutes ago and they gave me a half-full latte. I picked it up and before I took a sip, I was like “wow this is light” and realized I paid for half an empty cup. I’ve honestly not had many good experiences here. Last time, the baristas were for chatty with a customer, which is lovely and friendly, but I was late and the drinks were delayed.

This Starbucks is wonderful. The staff are super friendly, and they go out of your way to make sure that your drink is right and everything. I wish there was more parking for this location, but honestly it's worth it. They gave Cinnamon Dolce syrup again too! Would recommend to all.

I love the environment that is created at this Starbucks I used to frequent a different Starbucks before I moved and all of the workers looked miserable. I love how this staff seems to create a fun environment and enjoy each others company it really makes the place feel more welcoming and warm.
