I really like this chain which was a pioneer of its type but seems like it's really struggling against sweetgreens and the like, which have improved on BG;s original concept. The staff here is great and friendly and my order is always accurate and ready quickly but the salads and bowls don't have a lot of variety in their ingredients, for instance they are entirely kale w. no other option for greens, and most of the vegetables are undercooked (I think this is a corporate standard and not the staff's doing.) I am rooting for them...love the milkshakes...but if they don't up their game they aren't going to last much longer.

Absolutely terrible Cobb salad. Dry overcooked chicken, old lettuce and extremely small. Definitely do not get what you pay for.

Friendly but inaccurate service, and no mechanism for feedback. Ordered a burger with mushrooms and Swiss to go, discovered when I arrived back at the office a burger smothered in onions. Good carmelized onions, but no mushrooms and no cheese. Fries were well-seasoned but barely cooked. Called the store to point out the error; phone has been disconnected. Tried the corporate office in Boston, also disconnected. Another local chain ready to die. Sad. Excellent concept and staff, zero service.

I'm a sucker for special sauce so I ordered their Crispy Chicken sandwich, and I have to say the B.GOOD sauce is pretty solid. The chicken, lettuce, and tomato tasted fresh, so I really enjoyed this sandwich. Unfortunately they don't have ice if you get a drink here -- sad Sopho on a hot summer day. The vibe inside is nice because it's all windows and and place is really big and open. Friendly staff as well.

The food was so fresh and well balanced and delicious. The cocktail list was fun and well crafted. So happy their patio is dog friendly as well. Can't wait to go back since it's just a short bike ride away.

The kale smoothie felt healthy and green, not too much fruit/sugar. The kale soup was very good, but very spicy, almost too spicy.
