Update: The corporate office gave me a full refund for my meal and were prompt and courteous. I spoke to them about this location and the lack of sanitary, clean conditions. Original review: This location is poorly run. Always filthy. Garbage piled up. Staff never smiles and usually not enough for the crowds. I ordered at 6:45 for 7:10 and still not ready at 7:30. Got my order around 7:45. When is ready put on shelf but no one says name so crowd has to surge up and breathe in the bag to look for name. It's really gross, sadly, for a high volume place. No one seems to be in charge. The food area is very messy and looks unsanitary. Garbage by beverages with empty vessels. Seriously awful.I finally got my food and when I got home to enjoy the burrito bowl and burrito with my husband, they had the wrong beans and my chips were missing. I wish I got a picture of the filthy counter covered with smeared food at the cash register.

I went in to order a quesadilla. I was told that quesadillas had to be ordered online. Fair enough. I decided to just order it online along with a burrito for my spouse and wait.The expected time was just going to be 12 minutes. After 20 minutes I decided to go up and ask about my order. I was told they didn’t have that order there. I checked my online order and sure enough, I DID order from that location. I went up again and showed her that I did order there. She then asked me what I wanted. Trying to read the order off of the online order receipt, I accidentally asked for fajitas. The girl looked annoyed as if I was asking for too much for my quesadilla. After she handed me the quesadilla. I started to tell her what we ordered on the burrito she said “A burrito? You have to go in the line.” So I said “no. We already ordered this online.” Finally the cashier asked me what my name was and was able to print out the original receipt. She had the girl make it for me. The girl then handed me the wrapped burrito. No bag, no “for here” container, nothing. Just a foiled wrapped burrito in my hand. After finishing half my meal I went back up and asked for a bag to take the rest to go. She said “I gave you a bag.” I assured her that no she didn’t. She then gave me a look of suspicion as if I had a reason to lie about a BAG. She finally handed it to me and I took the bag clearly frustrated. The entire ordeal was so unnecessary. I gave it the extra star because she did give me a lot of chicken, but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

Just left this Chipotle in absolute shock! Came to order 3 bowls to-go and they were out of a lot of items including grilled vegetables and salsa. When getting to the cash register I notice they do have salsa on the other line. I ask the woman if I can have a small plastic cup of salsa for my daughter’s bowl. A light skinned man with freckles jumps in between us and says no that is for online orders only. I said I don’t need a lot just a small scoop I’ll even pay extra. He then positioned himself between the woman behind the counter and the food and said no. “You want salsa order your food online!” He stood there with the worst attitude and customer service voice I have ever received from any Chipotle employee I have received service from since coming to this location for several years. I have received better customer during the lunch and dinner rush when the line is out the door. Completely appalled by this employees disgusting behavior about a scoop of salsa for a child.

We have been dining here every Monday after soccer. The staff is very efficient and work very hard. We got to know them a little and they deserve all the best for their dedication. We eat at all over but this crew is top notch. Chipotle, PLEASE recognize your true soldiers who treats the guest like a family. Thank you Quanna, Kamila, Danel and the boss man Steven for fixing our dinners over and over with smiles. We call Steven the boss man for his leadership and always on the line to fix our dinners the right way and his discipline shines on his customer service. The crew here is top notch. Thanks again!Kid-friendliness: My twins first choice of dinner location.

Normally I think it’s pretty pointless to leave reviews of fast food places but I actually think corporate needs to reassess some things here. I frequent this location as it’s close to my work and I’m not joking, my order has never been made correctly a single time I’ve gone and tonight what I got was so insanely off from what I actually ordered I was like there’s no way bro….

I’ve been to this Chipotle location nearly once a week for the past four years. Unfortunately, a common occurrence is for there to be three employees working the take out orders and only one left to run the walk in station and the register. This leads to unreasonably long lines and puts a lot of pressure on the poor employee stuck working the line. The last time I went, I witnessed fifteen people get out of line and leave after waiting in line for an extensive period of time. At this point if you aren’t ordering to go at this location, you are better off driving to Natick or Framingham. It’s a shame as this is my closest location but until these standards improve its simply not much of an option
