Not happy at all with this location. I'm normally a big fan of Dave's but this location has greatly gone down hill. I stopped ordering the mac & cheese about 2 months ago because I got a really bad batch that just turned me completely off from it. Now though it seems as though they're trying to completely cut costs by putting barely any seasoning rubs on the tenders. I order extra hot EVERY time & usually sweat & need water..well not the past few times. The tenders are far smaller than usual too & they even put less sauce in the cups. Don't bother taking the satisfaction survey that they send because you get a generic "thanks..we take your feedback seriously." Obviously not. When you spend over $70 every time you go here, you expect to enjoy it. As another reviewer stated, they do solicit 5 star reviews. They'll even give you a free Milkshake (which cost like $6 or $7) in exchange for one. Obviously that's the reason they have so many 5 star reviews because this location is not good. Won't go back there. Framingham one is a couple exits away.

Not a big fan of the tenders by themselves (too big), but on the sliders with the delicious toppings like pickled cabbage, it was superb!Kid-friendliness: I didn't see a kids' menu, so we had to pay full price for the under 12 kiddos. This also meant no kid sized beverages. They were kind enough to give us cups for water! Overall the food is great, and we enjoyed the experience despite it being packed. Expect a crowd on weekends at meal times.
Twice now out of the three times we’ve ordered here our order has been wrong. This time half our large order was missing and their food is expensive for what is really just fast food. We realized it when we got home and you can’t even call because they don’t have anyone answering phones. They tell you to go through their website, which is only just a questionnaire asking about how they did.Well, Dave’s hot chicken: you did terrible… again. No way to even fix the problem except to drive all the way back there since there’s no way to actually contact anyone, and this is about 1/2 hr away for us. We will not return again. Food quality is subpar at best and service is horrible.

I work in the same shopping center as Daves. They always make me feel like a VIP. Claudio and Basil know me by name and always say hi when I walk in. Great place and food. Highly recommend.

Excellent deep fried chicken in 7 levels of spiciness. Yes, level 7 had me in tears, so start at the midpoint and adjust from there.The bun, sauce, pickles, spiced aeoli for the fries all compliment the perfect crust and seasonings on the chicken. While product and service are stellar, the available seating fills up quickly, so take out is recommended during typical busy timesThe price point is on par for a premium chicken sandwich with fries. I haven't tried any of their other entrée offerings, so maybe someone should. I enjoyed what I tried and hope you do also.
