Also, the lady at the sandwich station deserves a raise.Parking: Most people don't know this, but there's a parking lot in the back that ALWAYS has spaces. Although I will say that it's unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

I went in for coffee , my service was fast, the young lady serving me was friendly and fast! I used the bathroom, and it was one of the cleanest DD bathroom I have seen in along time. Only downfall for me is very limited parking, and no drive thru. If I’m in the area I would not hesitate to stop in again.

This place SUX. Don't get me wrong, I love getting Dunkin' Donuts with my morning joe. But this specific Dunkin' Donuts has SOILED my day, maybe even my life. The staff are INCREDIBLY rude and disrespectful. They messed up my order and when I kindly brought it to their attention the worker called me a "C***". I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS DUNKIN' DONUT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’M A LITTLE BIT ANGRY RIGHT NOW

Went here this morning. Server was busy preparing another order, but still took severalMinutes to even acknowledge me. There was another coworker making the drinks and they were less than friendly to me. Although got most of my order right in the end, the snacking bacon they gave me was a basically a mass of crumbs (I would've sent it back but was already home at this point).

When I order ahead, it is always ready! The drinks are always made correctly. Only downfall is that it can be hard to park in the front sometimes. It can also be very busy- but highly suggested ordering ahead instead!

Best dunks visit in a long time. All around from service to items were 5 star for once. Wish all locations and visits were this good. This is that visit that makes u stop at dunks and get bad everything next 2 times and ask why I went to dunks lol.

They get extra stars because their sign still calls it Dunkin Donuts, like God intended.It's embarrassing to see the name "Dunkin" overtake the true name of Dunkin Donuts.This location managed to screw up a cold brew. I'm not too sure how the rich white suburban kids do it in Newton, but it's definitely not how we do things in Boston.Parking: Parking lot but it's hella ghetto

Very RUDE staff. VIsited this place twice and on both occasions had a negative experience. One of the staff literally shouts while constantly talking, which makes it not an ideal place to work. Politely asked if they can be more quite, she simply made fun of that and continued loadly talking!! Totally disappointing.
