Ahhh my beloved Needham St... the land of happiness for my stomach and sorrow for my wallet. This Dunkin is definitely one of the better locations, and is conveniently located between Newton and Needham. They have gotten my order correct every time I've stopped by, and the ratio of cream and sugar to coffee is always perfect. Even at 6am on the days I'd stop here before my shift, everything was perfect-- now that's dedication and genuine care for humanity. Very friendly staff, ample parking lot, and great food. Always happy to make the trip.

Another worst Dunkin’ Donuts coffee shop, they don’t care about the customers. It’s like take whatever we throw at you or leave. I have placed deliver order few times, most of the times something will be missed from what’s ordered. Today I ordered cappuccino, latte and other foods and latte is missing. How can the same coffee shop suck consistently?

just stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. lots of customers coming in and out but waited at the register for them to take my order and no one assisted me while the workers were hugging each other and singing, continuing to ignore me. Not sure what that was about, but I continued to wait and ended up giving up and leaving. management, please review your staff.

I work in the area and this is the only Dunkin I feel comfortable placing an Uber Eats order for... OOL. My usual order (cold brew with 3x cream and 3x butter pecan swirl) really hit the spot here. Definitely tastes better than a lot of Dunks I've tried, and I'm not big into buying my coffee outside...

Today, I decided to try the new lemon loaf. The last time I ordered coffee and a lemon loaf with my app, I got coffee and a croissant . My coffee is average. I wanted Carmel and got hazelnut. However, the coffee is still fairly good. NOW, let's talk lemon loaf. It's fresh and filled with flavor for a moment. I thought it was a Starbucks lemon loaf it is individually packaged for freshness I would definitely get it again and it should be on the menu all year round and maybe they can do a pumpkin spice one for the fall
