Horrible horrible horrible! There was a girl working at 11:50 am on October 2nd, 2033. She needs a class on customer service and should not be working there! While we were placing our order, we kept telling the attendant that we dont want bacon and the girl preparing the meals in the background was like you think we are ignorant or something and kept going on by herself about us. She kept lashing in the oven door and slamming things down in the background. At the end, when she was done preparing the meal … she turned to us and was like you don’t pick up meals there. This was our first time in Boston and I have never experienced anything like this in my life. it was really horrible and the worst start to our morning...

I used to work in Allston, and ordered from the nearest dunkins 4 minutes before I arrived. Without fail, my food was always ready when I arrived.At this one on Newton though, I have to order 8-10 minutes before I show up, and sometimes the food isn't ready. Often, the food will be out, but the drink won't. Or vice versa. Today, I stood there in a completely packed store for nearly 15 minutes before I found out my food was made, but sitting behind the counter with about 10 other bags of food, not in the pickup area with my drink. So it was ice cold by the time I got to work. Also, they still use those old conveyer belt toasters so things are often burnt. Why do all other dunkins use convection ovens except this one? They're faster and don't burn your food.This place is disorganized and slow, but the only dunkins in the area. Can't wait until the new bagel place in Newtonville opens so I can stop going here once and for all.

I get my morning coffee here every day for over a decade. At last, this location is Under NEW MANAGEMENT! The property is cleaner, there is a sense of teamwork among the employees, and most importantly, the coffee is BETTER. Previously the taste varied from day to day, often terribly bitter. I doubt they ever cleaned the machines. Absolutely better in every way.

Worst DD I have ever been to and I've lived in New England most of my life. They are close to home and I occasionally try them again but they constantly get the order wrong. I'm not talking complicated. 2 Iced Coffees, French vanilla with milk and 3 sugars. HOW do you deliver Gave the woman at the counter the order 3 times! ended up with iced coffee and some milk. This is not the first time.
