This location needs a new team leader.McDonald's crew standing around Chitchating and yet customer waiting for their foods, and also two persons walked out pissed off because they were waiting for awhile to get their orders to be taken.Customer asked... "are you taking orders here" and the guy with tattoo ? on the neck replied.. " Yes" and then he walked out into kitchen. Totally clown... they're both walked out. ?FYI: I GOT PUNKED TOO ON THE NEW LARGE FRIES.The stars goes to the American African mama cleaning the daining area's she is keeping the place clean none stop.

3am 3/17/24 I ordered from the McDonalds mobile app for drive through. There were clearly people working I believe 5 or 6 but apparently they “forgot”about drive through? Every single staff member just continued on like they couldn’t see that I was waiting at the window (I even made eye contact with a few of them) because no one would answer me at the intercoms. Couldn’t have been a worse customer service experience and from the looks of the people at the counter I would bet they felt the same.

I have passed by about three times this week around 4:00 am and they are the worst staff they have working. All three times they gave me the wrong food and right now they went overboard with what they gave me. I ordered a hamburger and the meat. It doesn't serve, it has a bad unpleasant smell three times in a row, I think I should let the city know so they can review that restaurant, it's disgusting.??
The food I take at lunch is always great! Nice and fresh cooked! The Double quarter pound from this location is just one of the best I have tried in many other restaurants! Thank you guys!

Watch out if you stop here to grab a bite. When they bring in a combo meal, they bring in each individual item instead of the combo, my 2 cheeseburger large fry Large sweet tea and four piece chicken nugget cost me almost $20 when it should’ve cost about 15 or 16. Spoke to the manager, and he did nothing. Looking back at it because of work I have had to stop there several times a week on the way home to grab dinner and they’ve done this every time

This is the slowest service for a Mcdonald's that I've ever seen. Don't go here at night if you want your order in less than 15 minutes. Especially bad on delivery orders.
