No drive thru even though it says they do online

This is the worst and uncomfortable environment I’ve ever seen. I saw fleas on the big wooden table, MANY FLEAS!!!Gross! The place was smelly too! I can’t stay there for one more second.

I had a really tough day today, and I was looking forward to a comforting cup of coffee at Starbucks. However, my experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, both baristas were busy, so I patiently waited for my turn. When the staff member finally asked for my order, I requested a sweet coffee recommendation. Unfortunately, he replied, "everything is sweet except the black coffee," and when I asked for suggestions, he said, "you can do whatever, I'm not going to read you the whole menu." This unexpected rudeness left me in tears. I've never encountered such behavior at Starbucks before, where I usually enjoy trying new things and appreciate the friendly atmosphere. Today's experience was disheartening and not at all what I've come to expect from Starbucks.

Larry is a great barista! He’s very friendly and always makes my coffee very good. He always greets me by my name and knows my order. He’s also quick at what he does. One of the best baristas there!

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to but it used to be amazing!! It has gone on a complete decline over the last few months and I don’t know what happened. :(I wish Scott still ran it!Every time I order from that store it takes 30 minutes for my order to be ready and I end up walking out and going to the Arlington MA Starbucks near work instead! Arlington is faster and more efficient!Point made that I never leave with my drink in hand because it takes too long..I’ve converted to Dunkin Donuts because I always get my drink instantly there! I don’t go to Starbucks in Newton upper falls anymore. They’re ridiculous and it might as well just close down. There are plenty of other Starbucks around that are better.

This place is awful!! Kimberly was absolutely horrible!! First I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte and Kimberly asked how I wanted it, she said that’s not one of their signature lattes., She was very rude! And of course as we feared, our drinks were made all wrong, I patiently asked if they could fix our drinks. Kimberly said ok but then continued to make everyone else’s drink and made us wait until she was done and then just slid my coffee across the counter without a word! We could also see the frustration in other customers as they watched her terrible behavior. We hope that this review gets to the right person because Kimberly is a grotesque representation of Starbucks!!Sincerely, a long time client (I’ve never written a review ever! But this was a must!)Ps. I must add how wasteful she was with the product, she threw away so many drinks after realizing she had made a mistake because she was more into singing the songs playing and talking to the other girl worker than focusing on all the people waiting for drinks, she even had visitors and started chatting with them a while!

I recently ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher from this Starbucks location, but unfortunately, it was made with literally two pieces of dragon fruit. I was disappointed as the dragon fruit is what makes the drink unique and enjoyable. I hope they can pay more attention to detail in the future.

Their main coffee maker wasn’t working at prime time, but they handled it well, offered pour-overs or americanos, and Avery was a superstar under pressure. Got it all done with confidence and a smile. Outstanding!

Starbucks is a one experience that managed to be the same world wide.I love their mocha and have ate everything available to eat. My partner loves there cake pop and oat milk based beverages. It’s a comfort drink place where no one can mess with your order.Go work, drink, eat, talk at the Starbucks.
