Food is not really that great and is expensive I just paid 23 dollars for scrambled eggs, burnt bacon, jam (additional) and French toast with an orange juice The combo is suppose to be $13 +tax the only thing not included on the price is the orange juice and the jam

Stopped in and good breakfast as always. Ordered quickly at counter. While waiting .. saw one of the young girls sneeze openly in front of guy next to him 2 seats down... I got grossed out with CoVID spraying of nose boogers or lungies... if I was the guy... I would have left or searched his hash browns for sprayed debris... Hygiene in 2024 needs to be top priority and the help needs to know this... need to sneeze; do in arm or move away from customers and food, bring a hankie... got me thinking... she was speeding butter on bread after... never washed hands.. I was watching my bread like a hawk who handling... The mashed potatoes hash browns are their strong point. I ordered the 2 meat options of bacon and ham... Very awful and disappointed... bacon cooked dead beyond recognition and cold... ruined good meat. For 3 bucks up charge , I get a slice of boiled cheap thin deli slice that is 4.99 a lb at supermarket... so one thin paper thin slice material cost 15-20 cents? I was expecting a thick ham slice ... I won't order ham again there... a nice thick slice baked ham is. Needed for 3 bucks up charge... 3 eggs cooked as ordered, hash browns perfect, Italian toast 3 small slices vs 4 I think last time? I'll give the sausage option a chance next time. 2-3 stars based on bacon, ham as shortcomings 3 stars as service excellent, prices fair but feel a little hosed up with bad bacon, ham and missed bread slice... After looking at other reviews pics... bacon overcooking a consistent issue , but mine was overcooked, dead and then cooked again to punish the pig ... looked like pork jerky where you hang in a drier for a month ... The omelettes looked good to say a good thing.... As mother would tell me... if you can't say anything good say nothing or find something good out of the experience... 3 stars but went down to 2 after lungie spray sneeze. Orange juice machine looks a relic and ok poured from Hoods gallon jug at inflated price that make the gallon worth 80 bucks profit for 4 buck wholesale gallon ... At least hide the jug so I may think you fresh squeezed or bought an organic product.... Breakfast sandwiches priced right. Ice coffee lousy taste but refills with abundance of fresh cream ... Hot coffee

Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly, not wheelchair accessible at all. My partner was having a good day and could use their cane, but we wouldn't have been able to get in otherwise

The ladies taking order were very sympathetic and polite. The guy preparing the food not so much and he made the wrong order. I complained, he said he would remake it and I asked it to go. When I finally opened the bag he had just repacked the same wrong order. I also saw him correcting another’s guy order. Hopefully he was just having a bad day.

This local breakfast spot deserves a solid 4-star rating. The service is impressively fast, ensuring a quick and efficient start to the day. The food, while decent, may not be extraordinary but still hits the spot for a satisfying breakfast. What makes it particularly appealing is the reasonable pricing, offering value for money. If you're looking for a no-fuss breakfast option with efficient service and affordable prices, this restaurant is a reliable choice.

Used to be a 'regular' here; hadn't been in since the pandemic; went recently; the server was the epitome of grumpy with a real sour-puss. Never said one word, not a thank you; nothing; he spilled my coffee; did not offer to clean it up, and, of course, did not say, 'sorry'; this was a very unpleasant experience, and I will never go back.

I like an early breakfast and found Knotty Pine Cafe perfect. Great food and service. There was free parking out front, and the interior was welcoming. I love the classic look of the knotty pine paneling, Formica counter banded in stainless steel, and stools with stainless steel banding to match the counter. Sports photos and pennants decorate the walls and add a fun, homey touch. I had delicious French toast with crispy bacon served to me at my seat at the counter by the owner. She said she is 79 years and owes her longevity to coming to work every day. She made my day!

Food was excellent. Price was super reasonable. Only downside is they don't have a bathroom.

Place is incredibly tiny not a single person welcomed me in or asked what I needed. They only take cash so if you didn’t bring a credit card your screwed luckily I did but I usually use Apple Pay. Then they say that I’m all set and I was not in I payed for a milkshake o never got that was near 7 dollars I guess it’s my fault for not checking but why tell the customer they are all set when handing them a bag with food and all the food they ordered isn’t in there. Will not be coming back

Fading unfortunately. Knotty Pine used to be my default breakfast and lunch place like you read about, for over 15 years. Over the past couple of years, the food quality has dropped. The hamburgers used to be decent, hand-formed and reasonably generous patties cooked to order, on a buttered, toasted bun, as stated on the menu. The coffee was poured into at least a warm cup and refill top-offs as the servers made the rounds. Pleasant place with servers to match. This time and the last, the patties were the boxed kind, uniformly round and flat. A half inch smaller than the bun. Each time, the bun was cold, as if it were taken out of the refrigerator an hour before maybe, but cold in the middle, and assembled as-is, not toasted as advertised. The coffee was poured into a cold cup. Not even room temperature. The last time this happened, I sent it back, a bit of indifference at best, (I do not want to project that the staff was annoyed, though it was tapering off from busy). Came back toasted but the burger was cold by then. (General rule of thumb: Send food back to the cook only at your risk. Sent it back twice is at your peril.) This last time, today, same presentation, though when I ordered, I read off the menu verbatim, with, "I like how you toast the buns, here" to that effect. I Just ate it, paid, and left. I know it may sound petty, but when you go out for lunch or breakfast, it ought to be at least with the care you would do for yourself at home and if it is on the menu, at least do that much. Otherwise, why go out? I am not likely to be going back, unfortunately. Toula, what happened?
