Disappointing. We went to Tokyo Steakhouse with our three kids for Hibachi on New Year's Eve. The hibachi chef was very good and entertaining. Portion size was large and the food was flavorful- no problems there. The issues are the value and the service. There were fine print up-charges for things like fried rice- not as a side, but the fried rice made on the grill when you ordered a hibachi entree. Apparently hibachi comes only with white rice. That would be fine if offered a choice, which you are not. The fried rice is out on your plate. There were multiple other similar charges. We asked about these charges when the bill came as did other groups sitting at the grills around us. Each group was told by the server that she had asked about the items on ordering. She had not. That is the other problem. Our server was short with us, almost rude. She rushed us through our meal, brought the check without asking (we wanted to order dessert- skipped it because the check was in my face) , and told me to “just sign it” when I asked about the bill amount. I understand that NYE is a busy time and table space is a premium. However, our reservation was at 5pm and the restaurant was half full when we were given the check at 6pm. We are looking for a different hibachi restaurant for next time. Save your money and have more fun by doing the same.

We went there over the weekend with my friends. We sat on the hibachi table. My husband and I ordered sushi. The sushi we ordered was dry. The lady who served our table was awful. I was still eating my sushi when she threw the box into my face, however, I didn’t ask for it. She literally kicked us out. The worst service I ever had in my life and she included tips for the check. For her service, I’ll never give her any tips! I gave this place two stars only for the hibachi chef, he did his job great.

The waiter is extremely rude and dismissive! Initially I thought it he was having an off day but this is my 2nd visit since Mother’s Day and he was even worse than Mother’s Day. He snatched the menus out of our hands, was visibly annoyed that I changed my order and dismissed the other person in my party with his hands!!! This place is horrible and the fact that this guy is in the service industry is worrisome

The hostess or waitress needs to be better equipped in hospitality. She was extremely rude, unwelcoming, started off with a sullen face and then while serving was throwing the bowls filled with the food around the table, like we were some unwanted guests. This was all without any reason. All through we were polite and puzzled as to why she kept insulting us again and again.The vibe was so hostile and upsetting that we wished we had chosen some other restaurant to spend our money on. She singularly destroyed our dinner with her attitude and rude behavior. I wouldn't go here again. Food was so so, the chefs were ok. Frankly the waitress ruined the evening for us... overall an extremely unpleasant experience.Big Caution- a hefty service charge is already added up into the bill. Dare to dispute it only if you want to get further insulted and humiliated.

It was pretty good for a Japanese Hibachi. It's in a mall so take that for the atmosphere. It was a bit pricey but acceptable because of the show you got.

We had not been back since the pandemic. Our kids like this place for the theatrics. T but the chef skipped a lot of the usual routine that night. That was disappointing. And the salads did not come until some of us already had hibachi food on our plates. So basically the service was off. In fairness we came in on the late side.

Used to love coming to this place regularly. On the website it says they’re open until 10, and it’s posted on their windows. About a week ago a friend and I tried to go at 9pm and they said they were closed. We tried again later in the week, showed up at 8pm and we were turned away told they were closed and the chef left. Very disappointed to have wasted two trips in a week. Sad because the food is amazing and that’s why we tried twice in a week to go.
