On our last day in Massachusetts, my girlfriend and I were calling around to see whether any bakeries were selling Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. None that we called were - including Bailey's - but Erica made one just for us that same day! Thank you Erica! The pie was delicious!
My husband and I are new to North Adams and we love bakery and sweets. I stopped into Bailey’s Bakery and Erica was so warm and welcoming. The fruit turnovers are so good, and today I tried the delicious quiche and cupcakes. So delicious !Can’t wait to try more and I want to try the blueberry muffins I heard they are outstanding !

Delicious bakery downtown in north Adams. The chocolate chip was soft, and perfectly crispy on the edges. Very reasonably priced for three cookies. The owner was a delight and made the experience memorable. A very nice place to try while in town.
