“Went to Barker’s Farm at 10:00am to purchase some mulch. That same day at 11:30am my mulch was delivered. Realized I under ordered and needed another yard. Called Barker’s at 2:00pm and placed my order. Mulch was delivered that same day at 3:00pm.?Great service, great price, great place, and nice people. Would highly recommend!MD“
“Cozy, friendly breakfast and lunch cafe. The focus is bakery and bread, but I dont skip the Java here. Their late is on par, if not better, than Nero or Starbucks.There are few dairy-free options, but the entire place is gluten-free—a nice variety of breakfast items, sandwiches, and desserts. Smoothies are also on the menu which along with a healthy bowl is for another day. I am looking forward to supporting this small local biz again.Dietary restrictions: All gluten-free, but only a few dairy-free options.“
“Lina's service was amazing and the cake was beyond delicious! I was desperately in need of finding two cakes to feed 100 people for a corporate event and Lina came through! I was able to order a vanilla and chocolate cake with the design I needed, now both cakes looked amazing but my favorite was the 2 layered chocolate cake with an oreo crumb center, if you haven't tried it then get it now, I promise you won't be disappointed. “Excellent sweet sauce pizza, with any topping, as I had it with an extra cheese order, a pepperoni order, and a plain cheese order for the kids. Bought a strawberry cake for a birthday also, and this is the very best! Tender white cake, whipped cream and filling, and lots of fresh strawberries!“
“Drop Cafe is a hidden gem that you definitely need to experience. I love everything about it! The drinks are truly fine crafted and are the type of quality I look for when traveling. My matcha latté was perfectly balanced with sweetness and came with a heart on top. The food is excellent and handmade. There are so many fine bakery choices. My breakfast wrap was toasted until it was crunchy which really elevated the texture. The atmosphere is like cafés you see in photos or YouTube background music videos. The decor is fun and modern. The owner, Paris Kyriakou, is what takes Drop Café to 5+ stars. He really takes pride in making everything wonderful for his customers. He is kind, friendly, and welcoming. After only chatting briefly one time, and now each time I visit, Paris goes out of his way to say hello and to ask how I've been. He truly loves what he does and his passion for high quality coffee, food, and relationships makes all of the difference.“
“Did you ever try KOA Pies on A st. In Southie. They we're billed as Australian meat pies but we're really derived from the English Pork Pie. They had an array of different meat filled buttery pastry shelled hand held warm savory pillows of goodness. My favorite was the Irish Beef Stew Pie. Sadly, they closed as well as the one in Eastie. I was lost. Now I'm found. It was an hour ride but I'd do it again. Thwaite's in Methuen. They were sold out of a bunch I wanted to try. I went too late in the day. They did have their signature Pork Pie. I grabbed a couple others, hamburger and onion, chicken pot pie, etc.... the pork pie was in my hand before I got back in the car. Dense perfectly cooked pie crust encased a juicy ( not too much ) spicy ( again, not too much ), ground seasoned pork. It needed nothing. No salt nor pepper nor sauce. Worth the trip. The world is right again.“

“I recently held my sons birthday party here and had a great experience.I thought they offered a very reasonable package which included 2 lovely hosts, arts & crafts supplies for baker hats, cookies & ice cream flavors a la carte and the chance to bake & decorate 3 take home cookies each. They cater very well to allergies.The room set up was very nice and we really didn’t need to bring anything else with us.Well done Jay & team!“
