Ordered these giant gourmet cookies..arrived on time, very well packaged and presented..I must give credit for that, but the cookies were awful .no flavor whatsoever..all we could taste was highly sweetened,over processed product..also they were prepackaged and manufactured by a California company..the type one can buy for a couple of dollars at a local deli...Never tried their famous coffee cake products so I can't rate them and probably will not, having wasted $38 FOR A COUPLE OF BAD COOKIES

Was delivered with ants all on box, inside the box, and plastic wrapping. Was supposed to send replacement one, never arrived. Customer service did nothing to correct the situation (other than a refund) and was very rude and spoke with an attitude both times I had to call. Would not recommend or purchase from again!
