I don’t know why they are so slow. Although therer are a lot of staffs inside in the kitchen and front desk, only one or two staffs preparing food(most staffs just talking and laughing), so many people had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Staffs here Talk too much each other, so they don’t care customers waiting in front of them.Food quality is much lower than other fast food. Never bring this food to you child.
I ordered No Mayo on my Whopper Jr's, but they came with Mayo, and the burgers were cold. It shouldn't be that difficult to get a late lunch order in at a quiet time.

I pulled away from the drive through without my food (long day). Staff was friendly and helpful when I pulled over and stopped in. Whopper and fries hit the spot just before a long late drive.
