The place is not clean. The Soup was on a filthy plate, same with the spoon. As if it was pulled from the dishwasher before running it. As for the Buffalo Chicken sandwiched, little shreds of Chicken with a dash of the Buffalo Sauce. As for the atmosphere, employee were chatting out loud, the person on the register was scratching in the wrong places. It was a pathetic customer experience.

I love Panera for the variety at an affordable price. In addition, the atmosphere is very nice and this one, in particular, has a kind of fireplace in the center that gives it a very special touch.Parking: Lots of room. I doubt it's missing.

Don't try to go here closer to closing time, they are closed well before 9pm. Walked in and was told, 20 mins before they were due to close, that they were closed. Was just looking to get some soup and a soda maybe.

Cashier, cooks, and manager were extremely helpful and friendly and were very patient with me after getting a part of my order wrong. I didn’t want to make a fuss, but they nearly refused to NOT give me a refund for my wrong order— very kind! I come here on a regular basis and the staff and food are always on point. Great experience!

Worst place to order lunch I place an order at 11:30 to be delivered at 1:00 and the food left at 12:30 and it’s 1:19 and nothing and called Panera and they told me the can’t help me out to call DoorDash never again and it was my favorite place but I’m done

I ordered breakfast sandwich. The app said food ready for pickup. I walk in and no food ready. I could see the food WAS ready on preparation counter but no one carried it to the takeout shelves. Awful service!! My food was cold by time they gave it to me.
