I believe this place opened up in the old bertuccis location in North Andover. Food was delivered in a Bertuccis bag with a bertuccis specials flyer stapled to it. Worst sandwich I've ever had. The description is provolone and cheese sauce. Mine came with no cheese sauce. And barely any provolone. A steak and cheese with little to no cheese, how sad. The portion size is laughable. It's a hot dog bun for a roll. There is little to no meat inside as well as the missing cheese. This is $11....absolutely absurd and there is zero value here as the pizza place in town makes something double the size for the same price. They have a selection for "double it up" for $8 more, I'm unsure of what that means, as they have no other description on their site. Does it mean it's double the size? Do you get double the meat, would this have an actual sub roll? I ordered 2 sandwiches, and one of those was a combo which added fries and a drink (sharing the fries and drink) the fries were literally still frozen. They also did not send the drink, but we got a weird bag full of bertuccis bread rolls?! How? How old are these? Why? So weird. Avoid this place. It's a cash grab with a bunch of locations. I can't believe I was fooled.

I haven't seen the inside so I can't fairly comment . I ordered delivery and my grinder was not good...bread was hard like it had been sitting taste was just mediocre at best and I asked for mushrooms and Xtra side of chz sauce which I pd Xtra for and did not recieve the fries were good and that's about all I can say....sadly dissatisfied overall ?

Ordered the steak and cheese chipotle, not what I got. The steak was badly burnt, just enough cheese to make it legal and no sauce. It tasted awful. Never again!
