Great people, great place! I was in town for a wedding at the Steven's Estate and came here after (11/11). The guys behind the bar couldn't have been nicer!! They even turned on their fryers late night just to cook us up mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. Fun, chill vibe and just the nicest people working there. Definitely recommend!

Rolf's Pub is your perfect dive bar.The interior was gritty, and the lighting was low, but the server was great, and the regulars were off the cuff yet charming.They have a pool table and some type of bowling vudeo game (maybe, idk, I didn't play it), plenty of space for a big group to drink some miller lite and just relax, no pressure.The bar itself has about 7 chairs and a scattering of tables on the floor.If you wanna feel like a 9-5 working stiff while having cheap beers and strong drinks, Rolf's Pub is the place to be.

Best BBQ Joint on the North Shore. The Brisket is fattier than I like it but Its Bitchin in my Beans and I caught wifey eating them Morning, Noon and Night. The cornbread is like momma used to make. Expensive.

Whoa, the negative reviews are shocking! I'm from SF and my daughter is at Phillips Academy. I came for the (excellent) BBQ and stayed for everything else, especially Leslie (owner). So friendly, so warm, felt like a long lost friend - same with every single "townie" that came in. Also, I'm 100% Chinese and didn't experience a single bit of the sentiment that was mentioned in other reviews. Since my child is just starting high school, I will be coming back many many times in the years to come. Love you Leslie! Happy early birthday! See you in September!!!!!!!!! Hana (Ming Ming) Kwan.

Went for BBQ. Was mediocre. Didn't feel like drinking so I had a diet coke, but it was like soda water with a hint of diet coke. Don't recommend.

My wife and I were looking for a local place to hang out and watch the Celtics on my birthday. We were referred to Rolf's Pub by a friend that is a regular there. We pulled up and the lot was packed with cars. We could hear the band playing as we approached. When we opened the door we were greeted by several people. We grabbed a hightop, ordered our drinks and thoroughly enjoyed the band. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive and the prices were fair. Both my wife and I agree that we will go back. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was a perfect way to end the week and celebrate my birthday.

This place used to be awesome, my favorite spot. I love local dive bars, and this one place is exactly that. But at this point I would avoid it, the bartender is selective with drinks and who can drink them, The the local drunk is there every night and likes to act to act like a hero.

it's a nice laid back place to have a few beers. may shoot some pool or throw some dahhts. miller lite aluminum bottles are always frosty.
