Quite disappointed in todays experience. We called. Ordered a large pepperoni and large cheese. Ordered a Greek salad, Buffalo wings and 2 calzones. Picked it up, on time, no issues there. Brought it home which is 3 minutes down the road. The pepperoni pizza was half pepperoni and half cheese. We never asked for that. The salad had no dressing added or included. The pizza was very blah and boring and plain. Equivalent to a frozen pizza from market basket. Uninspiring to say the least. Had a lot of bottom burn too. The chicken calzone was ok. Soggy bottom and also burnt bottom. The steak bomb calzone was honestly gross. Barely any meat, ton of peppers and onions and nasty soggy burnt bottom. And wow those Buffalo wings. My son love’s Buffalo wings. He wouldn’t even touch these. They were ice cold, not even fried, seemed like they were frozen and thrown in the oven then drenched in a watery nasty buffalo sauce and thrown into the plastic container. They were so cold in the middle and wet and nasty. Hopefully the seagulls will enjoy them since my mother likes feeding leftover to the birds. Sorry to say this cause I know sals is supposed to have a solid reputation but boy this experience was BAD. Come on, please make more of an effort. Don’t you want return customers, good reviews and recommendations?? Won’t be back again sorry. I should have called and complained but didn’t make the effort and we just ate our bad lunch together as a family.

We order here pretty often because we’re right down the street. Ordered half cheese, half pepperoni and sausage tonight, and they messed our pizza up making half sausage, half pepperoni therefore my children cannot eat the pizza they were excited for tonight. (Also not the first time they’ve messed our pizza up but, we usually understand mistakes happen and let it go). Called back maybe 4-5 times before 8:00, nobody picked up the phone for me to tell them that they messed the pizza up and my children are in hysterics. Super disappointed in their customer service, I worked at a pizza shop for years in my teens and know they’re still in there cleaning up the shop. We even answered after hours to let customers know that we were closed, common courtesy for these exact reasons. Wish they did the same! What a shame, super disappointed tonight. Pizza here was always average to us but the kids loved it. Definitely won’t be returning after this screw up and Sunday night’s river of tears.

If I could give a zero that's what they deserve. I called in an XL half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, super basic order. The person on the phone was obviously not concerned in the least when I asked for it to be cooked well when he just said yeah... then hung up. When I arrive to pick it up the kid at the counter laughed and said "well it's the weirdest pizza we've made today" this caused me to open the box and see the pizza was all smashed on one side. It hardly fit 2/3 of the box. When I asked for it to be remade I was told no! So I left it there on the counter and left! HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND DISGUSTING PIZZA

Sals, North Andover : Ordered a medium pizza at 10 past twelve they said 20 minutes. Got there by 12 30. Watching the two guys working in there was like watching a comedy act . They had no clue !! Pizza wasn't ready until 1 00. I'm 73 and this was the worse pizza I have ever tasted by far .One guy walked out with his order and took off. Then the two clowns working there realized they had only charged the guy 57.00 for an order that was over 100.00 Everyone in there that were waiting for their order were getting totally agitated and expressed that to the 2 clowns. I wonder what they thought once they got home and tasted it. I would bet money that they threw it out. I know that I did. I will never go there again !!

I don't think they even tried tonight. Picked up after a long drive home. Got home and this is what we opened. Overcooked, thin crust on 1 side thick on the other. Didn't even slice it...they must have known it was garbage.

By far, the worst calzone I have ever had. It was like they just folded an extremely undercooked pizza in half and said "good enough." Very minimal cheese as well. That was my last time getting food from here.

I get pizza from this location often. It's never "great" but it's generally solid pizza. Some times are worse than others. Tonight was one of those times. Check out the hole in this one slice. The rest of the slices of the pizza all pulled apart in that same spot. Clearly the crust was way too thin.

Went to the Sal's in North Andover MA. The pizza was awesome. We got 2 pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 white pizza with chicken, oil, broccoli and ricotta cheese. Cooked perfectly. Shout out to Carlos and the crew...all seemed happy to be there. Smiling and professional. I don't give out a 5 very often, today was a 5. We have been to this Sal's many times, this was the best. Way to go Carlos, keep up the great work ‼️

I always call in my order to pick up a slice and was told I needed to come in before placing my order. It takes me 30 seconds to get to the shop and have never been asked to come in. I wanted to know what slices were left and could not get an answer. As a customer of over 20 years I am pretty disappointed and won't be dinning here if this is what the staff is like now. I thank you for your service.
