The manager Phil is extremely unprofessional and does not follow the policies of this company. HR needs to take a look at how this location is being managed. I also think Phil is the issue and that is why the baristas are quitting left and right, so sad to see when they work so hard! This place needs a culture change asap.

Sat in here to have my coffee, and my daughter her pink drink.Let's start off with the pink drink. 90% ice 10% actual drink. How is this common practice and acceptable??Now let's move on to the staff. Seemingly nice upon first interaction. As we sat here longer, I experienced one worker give away NUMEROUS food items and drinks to her 2 friends that were sitting just to the side of the food display. Free item after free item just handed away. She also spent majority of her time chatting with them and not actually working. Never washed her hands or put on gloves. The cashier was popping bubbles with her gum so loud I could hear it across the room. Very unprofessional. Then 2 girls came in, regular clothing, that looked like customers. Yet they went behind the counter, grabbed their own food, and drinks, then walked out. Ummmm, were their hands clean?? Did they pay? The 2 boys doing the coffee order making were the only 2 that were diligently working the entire time. Great job boys!

Waited 40 mins in the drive through and finally had to pull out of line because there was still 7 cars in front of me and I didn’t have another 40 mins to wait.

It’s very clear the manager of this store doesn’t know how to manage anything. The employees are wonderful and always pleasant but sometimes seem to have a hard time with their tasks which is only a reflection of how improperly trained they are due to their manager slacking. A business is only as strong as its weakest link! And Starbucks, you’re about to break….Come here for good drinks and nice people, don’t get your hopes up for professionalism.

Ok coffee (even good compared to the other option around)As a vegetarian I've got The vegen breakfast which is not bad ( but it is way overpriced for the size of it)Bottom line due to the prices it can't be a daily solution,But it is a good choice for morning that started with no coffee.

The girls was very nice, first she did something wrong in the cashier and said small coffee $4.17. I complained and she fixed, but the bad thing the coffee was old, and just dripping from the jar and the man came in and put in angle to fill up my cup, guess what i got all the ground coffee from the thermo jar. More training please.
