Pizza was delicious I can’t lie, but we ordered a cheese pizza and was told it’d be at our house by 3:15… it didn’t arrive until 3:35 so 20 minutes late! And the pizza we had received was cold! I’ve never gotten pizza delivered cold before! It has great taste and was made great when it comes to how it looks and the crust but would have been much more enjoyable if it was at least warm!

We picked up a pizza and brought it home. Pizza was great thin crust and I would recommend Upper Crust to anyone who likes thin crust. Service was pleasant and fast. Does not look like there is much seating if you want to eat in the shop.

Have lived in NA my entire life. Grew up on Pizza Factory, but ever since they changed owners about 10 or so years ago, I had been looking for another place. Decided to pop into Upper Crust and I was not disappointed. Got a slice of pepperoni and it was great. Flavor on point, crust was near perfect, and slice was huge but not too much. Either I hit them on a good day or people just don't understand! Will definitely be back with more company next time.

The pizza was just a worse version of Bertucci’s. I’m sorry, but a normal cheese pizza shouldn’t have giant pieces of tomato’s and consider it “sauce”. The chicken was good, but that za ain’t it.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Selection of pizza was good, they had some interesting mix of toppings. The Harvard ended up being pretty good. The staff acted like they weren't even interested in being there, but I guess that is typical teenagers. They gave us an odd look as we were leaving and my husband thought it was because we didn't clear the table. He picked up the trash and brought them the pizza tray yet they had the audacity to ask for a tip which my husband gave 20%.
