Thank you to the auntie anne's at emerald square mall for ruining my night. i know this sounds bad but i'm litterally just a girl please remeber. All i wanted was SMALL pepperoni pretzel nuggets,as seen on the menu that is 6.19 however because you didn't have any in a small cup right now i had to get a large which i was told would be a "just 40 cent difference" tell me why it cost me eight dollars .like are you actually joking me right now. and i'm prepared to walk along with my 8 dollar pretzles but i look at them AND THEYRE FLAT. How do you make a flat pretzel .don't it have yeast in it?!!! like isn't it supposed to rise?!!!! let me know i could be wrong. but anyways at this point i'm in distress bc i'm just a girl and my pretzles are expensive and flat and so i call my mom as one does. she tells me to go and ask for some new ones, i go back ask for the new ones and i do not like confrontation so i was super nice ab it bc it's litteraly just some pretzles like i'm aware i sound crazyy but like idk it just ruined my night yk. and so the girl is like not feeling that give me some new nuggets vibe but she finnaly does and they're a little better so i'm sitting here with my flatish pretzles writing this bc tell me why you couldn't put the pretzles in a smaller cup and charge me 2 bucks less. i will never be going back. boooooooooooo!!!!!!! one star( also my friend got pretzel dogs and they're burnt and the pigs keep falling out the blanket THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE IN the blanket) ( also my pretzles where burnt to) (edit:i made it a 3 bc i feel bad and i was being a little dramatic bc i was upset)

The app. Didn't work right. Then the lady on was very rude. And they didn't have a drink we ordered and didn't want to refund us they wanted to give us another drink that cost 2 to 3 dollars less for the drink they didn't have. We will never go back.

Dark skin girl with braids is super rude. Every time I say please and thank you she shoves my order to me on the counter. Owner is super nice, just not that one girl.

I was there with my dad and my little sis and I’m 12 we ordered the combo with drink and sauce we got no sauce and no drink then we asked for them she ended up starting an argument infront of us and we left with no sauce and no straw for our drink.

I love coming here as a kid and woulda given 4 stars but that staff member who was probably the lame excuse for a manager was rude to my autistic brother who is trying to be independent! Few seconds after he got up she pushed him aside rudely telling him to move if he doesn't know so that he's not holding everyone up!I ended up buying my stuff and decided to purchase my brothers food too (he was still deciding which probably got the manager even more upset since she can't push me aside since I've already placed part of my order) I hope I never see that woman again!

Rude staff. Forgot our dipping sauces, which isn’t a big deal as we went back and asked for them, but to pay $3 for two measly dipping sauces, not receive them, then get attitude when you ask for what you paid for is definitely not worth spending money on.

Total gimmick* I made online orders and they don't process to the store. This Is my third time I get there & they tell me they don't have my online orders but my credit card get charged & I pay again for the Pretzels.! Then we end up buying more pretzels paying twice for it. Please investigate the issue I'll be placing a dispute with my credit card as fraud or a gimmick for charged twice for the same order...
Disrespectful customer service. Will never go back there. Place should shut down. Never bought anything. Was going to. There was a mix up. I'm not gonna give my money to some rude employee or manager. Thats it. Whoever was on shift today in the late afternoon. Just wanted to get a pretzel. But ended up being a negative result.
