The to go containers are flimsy. Plus the appetizers came out at the same time as the entrees , I dont like that. Overall food is great.

Ordered the prime rib special. Came out stone cold. They reordered it and it was all still stone cold. We got our bill and it had 4 of the specials on it. Was able to flag down a waiter and get the bill corrected.Update: 3 of the 4 people at our table asked to speak to a manager no manager ever came. The waiter and hostess ended up handling the complaint. When the bill was fixed there was no apology and the corrected bill was left on the table by an individual who sped past without stopping

I went to BJ's for the very first time about a year and a half ago. I have 2 small children, and one of them still required a highchair. My one and only time that I came here, I asked the hostess if I could have a highchair for my child and was told they don't provide highchairs because of the height of the table and for safety reasons. Honestly, I was flabbergasted and opted for a booster, which made my experience horrible. My child was only about 1 years old at the time, and having to constantly worry about her falling under the table because she's still too small and young for a booster had me on edge the entire time. I must say I was not pleased with the attitude from the hostess when I asked and questioned the reason why I couldn't get a highchair, eventually her only response was that it's company policy, which was stated with an attitude (as if she was annoyed I was questioning her reasons). If that's the case I'll never eat here again and I'll warn other parents with small children to also avoid this place. The food was good, too bad I'll never come back to try other options on the menu because your hostess and supposed policy left me disliking the service provided. I work with the general public day in and out, I understand customer service and always show respect to others who also work in customer service jobs because I know how hard it can be, but this hostess (and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, not even sure if she still works there) obviously lacks respect and professionalism. If this is your company policy then perhaps you should advertise that children (especially young ones) will not be accommodated. The food was good, and our waiter was pleasant, but the hostess at that time needs some lessons in professionalism. So my only question is, was the hostess correct in stating that company policy dictates against providing highchairs because of safety concerns? I find that very highly unlikely seeing as I've eaten at countless restaurants and have never been told I could not have a highchair for my children due to table height and safety.

Ordered a chicken soba noodle through door dash, then found a piece of raw salmon in the meal. I attempted to call the restaurant to discuss, but when I called and pressed the option for a team member the line disconnected immediately. This is disgusting and a major health concern.

Good food but poor service. Problem #1 Bartender/waitress forget our silverware. #2 dessert took a half hour to come out. Waitress never once apologized for it taking so long. After thirty minutes we said we need to go check please. #3 Instead of her apologizing she says "I can't control how long it takes". She had the worst attitude I have ever come across ar a restaurant. We won't go back.

I ordered fish and chips and the fish was over cooked.. had to remove most of the batter off the fish because it was over cooked and tasted burnt. I also grabbed the chicken potstickers and they were okay, the sauce that came with the potstickers was way too salty. I will probably try the place one more time but at this point wont be anytime soon. I would want my money back for what I purchased today. Definitely not happy with it.

Have been going here for several years. The menu has a good variety, same for the selection in adult beverages. There is a full bar here with lots of beer choices. There is something for everyone here and the prices accommodate the budget minded as well as a more affluent spender. The service is reliable, and the atmosphere is busy. Don’t forget to order a Piezookie for dessert!
Our server Ally was wonderful she was so friendly and very helpful such a sweet girl. The food was good the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant and would go back again!
