I love panera, but my only offset is the fact that they make portions smaller than in the past. Now I pay for a "pick two" but receive smaller portions. Kinda aggravating.

The store seems overwhelmed for the business and location. Orders that are placed ahead are regularly late upwards of 40 minutes, making someone miss their lunch break if they work in the plaza. Sometimes, only 3 people are on for an entire Sunday shift. There are just not enough people on for a given shift.

I went in late this afternoon to get a decaf coffee and a pastry. The decaf pot was empty. I was going to try the light roast but after putting a little milk in it it was cold! I went to the girl at the counter and she brought out another pot of decaf. I also ordered a pecan braid. There was no half & half so I again used 2% milk and went on my way. After getting on 295 I took a sip of my coffee and it was lukewarm at best and when I tried the pastry it was hard as a rock and stale! I have had the pecan braid a number of times so I know when it's fresh. Inexcusable when you're charging almost $8 for coffee and one pastry. Unfortunately I was too far away to turn around and come back.

Panera is a good place to go and grab a quick bite while studying or working remotely. The staff provide a welcoming atmosphere and even during busy time are nice and try their best to help out. On the rare occasion something goes wrong with your order both the management and staff are quick and helpful to correct any issues for you. Overall a five star experience

Fine enough for "fast food". Can't go wrong with a soup and salad. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and quick. But just my son and I each getting 1 You-Pick-Two (one of which just being salad) and two drinks cost $40. I'm sorry but the food isn't worth half that. It is literally fast food. I'd never go to McDonald's if they tried to charge me $40 for two burgers. My son's sandwich was 90% lettuce and had almost no meat. Prices are double what they were for skimpier sandwiches. Quality and value have severely decreased over the years/since Covid. Shame because we used to go all the time! Also had issues with website. Does not accept my credentials despite changing my password three times. Order disappeared from cart several times. Good enough to get us through lunch but probably our last visit. Should have taken my $40 and gone to an actual restaurant for the same price. I'm not one to complain about food or restaurants but Panera...get it together. 4/10 experience. 1/10 value.
