“This place is AMAZING, I've tried the location in Providence and Warwick malls, but nothing compares to emerald mall. They actually put in time and love with the food, are super friendly and kind people. Food is up to par and with the takeout boxes instead of wrapping foil, they take the win. The sandwiches still have crisp to them and aren't soggy like the providence and Warwick locations just the ambiance of the location is amazing. Whoever is in charge of this specific location should be payed more to go to the other Charleys and help them pick their game up. Everyone i see ordering at this emerald location always looks satisfied when watching the sandwiches being made to even eating at their table. Ive been coming here for a couple of years and will continue to come here for food quality, kindness and the hard work we as customers can see these cooks, and sandwich builders are giving. They never disappoint. MOST OF ALL I never have gotten food poisoning from this location unlike the other two. Theres two workers at are always there who make it the best experience and its a young lady who always has a smile at the register and when she goes to help the cooks, and another taller man who also shows he truly cares about us as customers.. these two are almost always there together and can show that they have great communication and team work when getting these orders out and making us feel welcomed.“

“I travel coast to coast and I've ate many jersey Mike's, there are 2 that are above the rest and this is one of them, very friendly, good quality is something they strive to insure I can tell. My 17 on rosemary parm was hot, bread was fresh and crisp, meat wasn't overdone but full of flavor, they also had a good meat to bread ratio which I see many jersey Mike's failing at, I get it, less will save you by many go to far and your just eating flavored bread. My hat goes off to whoever manages this location.“

“Riccotti's is exactly what it's supposed to be for takeout. Nothing fancy. Just really awesome sandwiches. Very very high quality meat slices. Exceptional portions. The submarine rolls taste just right. Really good value for the money. Please don't tell them, they could probably charge more for their sandwiches. The quality is 4-4.5 stars, if compared to the best sandwiches I’ve had in this price range. “This was by far one of the most amazing subways I have ever been in! Such outstanding service! The gentleman who owns the shop was very friendly and he offered us extra spicy pickled vegetables that he has purchased special just for his son. And he shared them with us! He also gave us a great deal on cookies. I don't know when I'd ever be back by through here, but if I ever was to go to a subway it would be this one. You should be a model for all of the other subways all over the country!“

“My husband and I have been going to this place since we were teens. We moved away for over a decade and finally managed to make it back here to eat a year and a half after we moved back. The food is just as I remember it as a teen. The roast beef is amazing and the fries are cooked fresh to order (always better to order these crispy). The only gripes I have are that it's a bit pricey (fine for an occasional treat) and there are no free refills (even on soda). I would absolutely recommend trying this place out if you love roast beef!“

You will not get a itemized receipt, just a total which is used to over charge, happens to me every time owner is at cash register not a problem when employee checks you out. I eat at other Subways often and receipt has everything you order listed with total at end, why is it different there? I wish corporate would get involved. Yesterday I got overcharged $2.52.“

“This review is for the bearded man that quietly and politely helped me today-I feel bad that I didn’t get his name. He built my sandwich with more care than any subway employee that’s ever helped me, I felt like he made my sandwich how he would’ve made his own. He laid out a few soggy looking cucumbers on my sandwich and without me having to ask plucked them right back off and replaced them with fresh ones-rare to see at a subway but very much appreciated. There was a customer in front of me he helped and the customer was being very weird and personal and this bearded subway man never broke character or looked annoyed or bothered by him, and helped him with the same care he gave me. “UPDATE!!! 10/04/2023 AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! ( Managers name is Sunny) My girlfriend and I went to this location again last night around 6pm to get our favorite Thanksgiving sub and again the entire experience was AMAZING. From the staff to the food actually even other customers in the restaurant where awesome. Seemed everyone knew the store manager and he knew everyone. He knew customers by name as they walk in to pick up orders for their families for dinner. Another regular customer he and his staff are having a little friendly competition to see who makes this customers sandwich the best over the next few times he orders. And i could see the customer really enjoyed this and was greatly appreciative of the manager showing him so much attention and love. Again i could go on and on about this location. But I highly recommend checking this location out for yourself during the Wednesday evening shift and see what I am talking about. I truly wish i could remember the managers name who helped me yesterday but i cannot. If anyone reading this knows his name please post it so others can know who to look for when visiting this location. To wrap uThis up i will say I give my entire experience a perfect score all around. Everything was perfect. The service was even above and beyond anything you could ever possibly hope for. So I thank the entire staff who was working at this location at 6pm last night. Thank you ........ Me and my GF both wanted to get the Toasted Thanksgiving Sub and the staff helped us pick out what would work best for what we wanted. And the best part was all 4 or 5 employees working at the time all got involved in the conversation trying to help us and it was truly a great experience that no one but all of the staff cared about our e experience and wanted us to get the very best meal for us. The guy who worked the register i first spoke too was great from the start and the manager that was working at the time as well where so professional and helpful. It was a truly friendly and comfortable atmosphere which you don't find very often in any sort of food establishments. “This store is really good - they did everything I asked for in my to-go order. Not many subways do that, when I ask for separate packing for 6 inches, extra sauce on side etc.Also, the store looks pretty, they’re very organized with keeping the orders in a separate area for easy pickup.“
