The service was amazing. Jenny, the bar tender is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet! The cook over cooked my chicken twice, but the bartender took care of me and took the food off my bill. I got the rice bowl. Everything came out good, except the chicken.

Our server never smiled once and seemed irritated to be alive, which I get, but when you’re working for tips it doesn’t hurt to pretend to care at least a little. It took forever just to get our drinks and my boyfriend had to completely forego his wings because they were dry and gross and looked like they’d been sitting out all day (pic included-they took them off the bill at the end bc he only ate one). Sticky floors, poor service, subpar food, bright light directly in my face, only thing worth checking out is the all day happy hour menu. It was almost impressive the lack of care at this establishment.

I wondered what ever happened to Friday's. Why people aren't coming anymore. I gave it a chance today. Sadly, the new meatballs lacked a sauce, underseasoned, heavily microwaved. The potato skins were bland and the panceta didn't seem to help. The cajun chicken & shrimp sauce was only cream with some hot sauce drops added. No sauteed garlic or shallots and no wine reduction.Felt like eating an an airplane. I started to immediately understand why this place has lost it's mojo.

Floor was sticky from the front door to the table to the restroom. Needs a serious cleaning.The server was ok but brought us to-go boxes before we were halfway through our meal. Then, she brought our check a few minutes later.Never asked if we wanted anything else or dessert. Had to correct the check because she charged us for complimentary chips & salsa.
Their exterior lights are off maybe that’s why there’s only two people at the bar on Saturday night it was freezing in there . Walked in my sneakers were sticking to the floor all the way to my bar seat. The bar top was dirty chips and napkins all over the floor. The menu was stuck to the bar the other menu look like it went to the dishwasher my chips, salsa and salad took forever to get didn’t get a chance to have one bite of my salad before my chard burnt ribs came. three things I asked for if my mail didn’t come bartender seem overwhelmed with the four people at the bar, but had plenty of time to chat with coworkers people at dining room table seem to agitated. I think the waitress was around the corner on her phone went out for a smoke, saw very unhappy a couple accident, saying they will not return.

The North Attleboro location is amazing! The service was very fast and the waitress we had was so kind! Would definitely recommend coming here next time you’re looking for a good spot for dinner!

Shameful service, served awful cold dry, ribs and mashpotato, old burger/fries nasty dry pickle. No wonder the whole place was empty. Employee attempted to be disrespectful when notified food was cold. Left the food and place empty couldn't pay me to stomach the old cold food. Will never return.

I visited this location yesterday with my son. Now normally I prefer chilis but my son wanted to try tgi Fridays. What a mistake this was. Restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. We were seated right away. Restaurant was clean and waitress was friendly. I ordered a pina colada that tasted like frozen pineapple juice no alcohol. We ordered onion rings for app and chips am salsa. Onion rings were burnt and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I ordered the 8oz flat iron steak mashed potatos and street corn and my son got the cheeseburger an fries. My steak looked like it was 4oz and bottom was burnt to a crisp. My mashed potatos were cold an the street corn was not street corn and had some white stuff that looked like it was curled cheese which completely turned me off. My son said his burger was burnt an left a funny after taste in his mouth. I then ordered another drink cotton candy cosmo that I was hoping to catch a buzz to forget how awful the food was but even that was trash. I could see if they were busy but there was Noone else there obviously for a reason. Definitely need a new chef and I paid almost 80$$ for this horrible experience. I will stick to chilis and Texas roadhouse for now on.

Party of 3 went in at a time when there were PLENTY of available tables/booths. The restaurant was a ghost town. A/C was blowing extremely high at our booth and we ended up finishing quick to leave. 2 chicken sandwiches and a burger, each with fries. 1 plate had barely any fries and the ones it did have were all tiny pieces - bad planning/presentation by the kitchen. The waitress kept apologizing for the delay in getting back to us as "her kitchen crew disappeared". Friday's is going downhill from when it was good food, food service, and not as pricey as it is now

Me and my family came here for dinner tonight. The food was really good and the atmosphere was good as always. Our waitress Denise was awesome! She was very attentive to our needs. If you can ask if she is on the night you come do so, you will not be disappointed. The manger visited our table several times to make sure everything was what we ordered. It was a good night.
