I was there on Dec 24 at 11:15am with my daughter I ordered food had to wait that's no problem.. my issue was while waiting saw how they work!! There was a girl messing with the dough people was coming so there was a line she attend them with the same gloves she was messing with the dough she touched the screen from the register then mess with cash and change same gloves gave out drinks same gloves not once she change the gloves while dealing with customers ok. When done with all the customers and they left there she goes touching the dough with the same gloves that she was when dealing with customers!! Oh no I will not go there again.. that's nasty and unsanitary!!

It's the best place I recently starting working there and their absolutely stunning. Their very nice and very outgoing I felt like they actually cared and that's what I want for a job. Highly recommend going there to purchase food its sooooo good and get sauces they make it better ??

The cashier assumed we wanted a large frozen lemonade and charged us a such. Then politely asked us if we'd like a dipping sauce without informing us of its overpriced value. Then when we asked to remove incorrect items, the cashier refused as “it was already in the computerâ€. Even though we payed in cash and it could be easily reversed. Never going back
I hate leaving bad reviews but I work in the mall and I only have so much time to go grab food when I don't bring It. Don't even go here just go to wetzels on the third floor. They never have pepperoni pretzels available and this last time chick didn't even give me my change and she filled my soda half way. I gave this place multiple chances, don't waste your money.

The personnel at this store were very rude and disrespectable with me when I attempted to buy a pretzel. I had a T-Mobile coupon which would let me buy one and get one free. These coupons stated that they went from Tuesday to the following Monday. However upon visiting on a Saturday they, this store, stated that the coupon was only good on Tuesday even after I showed them the writing on the coupon. I have visited 2 other Auntie Anne's store which accepted these coupon any day between Tuesday and Monday. Because of the T-Mobile coupons I have started visiting Auntie Anne's regularly. However I will not visit this store again!
