I made a reservation a week in advance, when we got seated they have us all crammed together and on top of 2 other large parties. There was 0 room to be able to get up and out to the food bar without making people move and squeezing through. The fire exit door was completely blocked. The manager was beyond rude to us about having my son’s stroller at the table, mind you I told the hostess there would be 2 infants when I made the reservation. He kept saying it needed to be moved and he can just sit in a chair (he’s 6 months old). Over all awful experience and ruined my birthday dinner. Will not ever return.

How do people eat so much meat..! Anyways, a place not to miss for meat lovers .. awesome grilled steaks, chicken, shrimp, and who goes to the salad bar with so much meat on offer ? Delicious Brazilian food..!

Haven't been here for years. Buffet is about 40 a person. Got there at 9pm they close at 10. Ordered drinks and were asked if we wanted water. Brought us a bottle of water we never touched (6.50$) then we got our buffet sides and went back to table. Waited about 5 mins before we were offered chicken hearts.(the same guy tried to bring them to us 5 more times. After that is was only flank steak and pineapples. Had to ask to be brought out filet and ribeye. Took about 30 more mins. Came out and filled was fatty and stringy. Ribeye was the size of half dollar which was not the best either. Then we were ambushed with more pineapple and flank steak. At this point all anyone cared about was getting us up and out. Payed 10$ extra to take home caramelized pineapple. Waited longer at hostess booth 20 mins later got a box in a bag tied with a knot. Got home to eat it and was just regular pineapple slices. When the bill came I glanced at it quick and was surprised by extra charge for water. Just looked at the bill came up with 20% and left tip. It came to 185$ total for 2 ppl with tip. Whatever, I paid it. Got home looked at receipt after seeing the wrong pineapple and realized they already added a 20% to the bill. I hate that. Don't like being told what to tip nevermind being set up to give it twice. So 185$ for some flank steak, lots of pineapple and some sub par filet and ribeye. Won't be going back anytime soon. Maybe it was the time of night. Idk. But not impressed. Mash potatoes and spicy potatoes were good.

I had twice before and had enjoyed myself better then. We were a part of four and sat in the far back. From being there in the past and being sat more towards the front, I noticed that the men would come around more often when you are sat in in the front. They should have more selections above rare a few medium wells would be nice.

I’m usually a fan of brighter spaces, but this place has a dark Mediterranean vibe even in the middle of the day. I loved the atmosphere, the sultry lines of the decor, the buffet style service, and the incredible staff. I was served by Kaylee (hope I spelled that right) & she was a gem. Took care of our every need & made me wish I’d decided to eat in instead of takeout. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with excessive manners & a warm smile. Every detail attended to. I cannot wait to go back. I got both rices, different types of beans, & yuca for sides. Baby picanha, flank & filet steaks & short ribs for meat- ridiculously succulent & cooked a perfect medium rare. Chocolate lava cake & dulce de leche cheesecake for dessert- drop dead divine.
The customer service was very bad the girls in the front desk was very rude not professional no people skills was my daughters birthday I asked them to sing a happy birthday to her they refused because she didn’t want to have a dessert and my daughter is allergic to eggs that was very rude disrespectful not professional I was so disappoint I will not recommend my friends or family members to go eat there

Amazing experience. Food was worth it. They have the most amazing strawberry lemonade. Don't fill up on sides, however the sides are just as delicious. Love it. I would recommend? worth the drive.
